On nearly 220 m², this farmhouse of 1850 renovated with taste and quality products can accommodate up to 10 people. The farmhouse offers beautiful volumes and its decoration is very neat. Furnished with a lot of charm, you will feel particularly well.
On the ground floor:
The entrance dining room / stay with chimney and mezzanine, the big American kitchen opened on the dining room, the living room with its wood stove and French window to the outside the old beams, the natural stone walls and the furniture of character utter an atmosphere of charm. The bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and individual toilets offer maximum comfort. Bedroom 1: double bed 180, french window with access to the garden. Bedroom 2: double bed 160. Bedroom 3: double bed 160. Bathroom with shower, a sink, toilet, door giving direct access to the outside and to the pool. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. Laundry room with washing machine.

OUTSIDE:
In the garden (1500m²) which surrounds the house, laurels, fig trees, rosemary and Provencal scents flourish in abundance.
In front of the farmhouse, stands proudly a centenary plane tree that acts as a natural parasol on the terrace and the swimming pool. You will have an aperitif on the south facing terrace shaded by the plane tree and dine with the sunset under the west facing patio.
The 13m x 5m swimming pool is equipped with an electrolysis filtration system (without chlorine!) And an electric protection flap that keeps the water temperature pleasant. Swimming pool open from April to October. Heated from April to June and from September to October (if necessary)
