“ The beautiful property could have been set in the countryside, yet it was only a minute walk into Eygalieres, an exceptionally charming town with parades, music, fine restaurants, few tourists, lively markets, shops, history. The home itself had the feel of an old Provincial stone and stucco villa, yet the renovations made it modern and comfortable in all the important ways. Poun, our local contact (property manager), was always responsive to questions, and warmly welcomed us with a tour of the property and suggestions for adventures. The staff of Provence Holidays was also responsive, clear, helpful, and trustworthy in communications throughout our booking and stay. We only regret not staying a month instead of a week. It was the ideal place for the celebrations and family reunion (for 9 people!) we planned for a year. ”

“ Our large group of 6 couples had the most amazing experience at the spacious Mas Bonius with beautiful bedrooms all with ensuites. The villa was impeccably appointed from the furnishings to the interior design, including paintings from local artists through to bed linen and towels. The most memorable feature was the view. The villa is located on top of a hill facing Mont Ventoux. Every afternoon was spent swimming in the heated pool and tasting local cuisine and drinking rosè from the most spectacular vantage point you’ve ever seen. The service from Provence Holidays was exceptional from initial booking, right through to checkout; everything was seemless. The gorgeous village of Bonnieux with a good variety of restaurants is accessible via a stunning walk along the ridge and then into town via the church steps or a short drive! Mas Bonius is private home which the owners generously share when they aren’t there, we treated it as if it was ours and will return one day. ”

“ up some very quiet country roads and yet not far from a good supermarket and other amenities this is a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.I chose it because of the view from the pool area and wasn't disappointed!' The property is spacious inside and has a large garden and excellent pool, it is very well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. As a mountain biker I really enjoyed the many interesting tracks right on the doorstep.Provence holidays were pleasant and helpful and there was a system avoiding having to change money into euros for the deposit. Thoroughly recommended for anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in rural peace and quiet ”

“ This villa is one of the most beautiful places in which we’ve stayed over the years. It is impeccably maintained and decorated. The arrangement of the seven bedrooms allows everyone to have their own private space. The outdoor kitchen and the pool house became the centers of our gatherings. We never ate a meal Inside. The service provided by Provence Holidays and their concierge services made our stay so memorable. We ordered wine through the concierge which was chilled for our arrival. They also secured reservations at nearby restaurants as well as organizing two private chefs to cater one of our dinners in the villa. The food and service were impeccable. It’s nice not to have to clean up after a meal of 13! Agnès, the home’s caretaker was available to answer questions and attend to our requests. She went above and beyond our expectations. ”

“ What can I say to encapsulate the 3 perfect weeks we spent at Villa Azur? The Villa is superbly fitted out, the waterside location is perfect, the sound of the sea with morning coffee on the terrace or yoga by the pool, or dinner in the sunset on the terrace - just heaven. We went out and about to places in Provence to sample the local markets and did lots of sightseeing but it was perfect to swim in the pool when we came home or walk the coastal path and paddle board instead. Provence holidays were marvellous at arranging transport to and from the Stadium in Marseille for the rugby matches and at the last minute too. Thank you - it made life much easier for us to just enjoy the Rugby World Cup. We would definitely recommend both Villa Azur and Provence Holidays and wish to be back very soon. ”

“ There are not enough positive words to describe this gorgeous property. It was perfectly appointed with the finest amenities. The heated pool was so nice to enjoy after a day of sightseeing. Our property manager, Arnaud Bodier answered every question and made our stay so pleasant. He brought us beautiful flowers to make our rental home even more lovely during our stay. His recommendations of restaurants and local activities were very helpful. Provence Holidays made the entire rental process easy to navigate and every person was professional and friendly. We were there for 1 month and did not want to leave. The location and town were perfectly located to explore Provence! Thank you all for a most memorable experience. We will be back. ”

“ We had a fantastic week with our family, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everyone in our party absolutely loved the pool area, we had so much fun. The temperature was very warm and it was great to jump into the pool every day. It was kept very clean throughout our stay. The layout of the house with the three separate sleeping areas with bathrooms was perfect for the three groups within our family setting. It was very comfortable and a very welcoming place to stay. Provence holidays also arranged a chef to come and cook at the villa one evening to celebrate my birthday, which wasn’t cheap but was well worth every penny. Julien was very professional, his food was delicious and the whole experience was a real treat. Just one small point to note; we arrived at the property later than expected due to delays in our flight time and we were tired after a long journey. It would have been nice if the welcome pack had included milk, coffee, bread & butter, not just the wine and water. Having said that, we will definitely be back. ”

“ Mas de Fontblanche is a modern, gorgeous, well thought through house with everything you will need. It is really spacious and has so much storage. It offered the perfect holiday for 4 adults/2 kids. The owner Pascal and Xavier/Gustave from Provence Holidays were exceptional hosts. The location is great we were able drive short distances to see the most beautiful villages in Provence - Gordes, Rousillion, Ile sur le Sorgue, Fontaine de Vacluse, Bonnieux and Lourmarin - all a must visit! ”

“ The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor space it is a comfortable 30 minutes walking distance from Menerbes and 10-20 minutes from Gordes Lourmarin etc . Excellent Location, spotlessly clean, very spacious, had all amenities required fabulous pool area . Great bedrooms and bathrooms no air conditioning but the house is constructed to be cool. Great courtyard and a number of rooms open out to it. I have to give a special mention to Emilie who was our house manager, we had bad weather initially and she always answered the phone no matter what the query was and is an extremely pleasant and competent person who handled everything efficiently. Our mid week clean was excellent. Also all the staff and provence holidays were extremely helpful and pleasant from booking to concierge. All of their recommendations were successful. We would return and we would use Provence holidays again. ”

“ I'm not one to usually write a review. If you want to experience Provence in style and charm, this property would not come highly recommended enough. From the introduction to the property by management, the flow and way the property works, modern inside whilst keeping the style and theme of Provencial living, with exquisite decor and interior design, immaculately kept inside and out. The various areas of the property are amazing and exceeded our expectations including wonderful outdoor terraces for family meals, front court yard for quiet reading and writing, spacious bedrooms, pool and BBQ area and olive groves in the garden. It was all exquisite and top notch. The photos that we took don't do it justice. The landscaping and attention to detail and gardens is great. Great for large families or small ones (we have 3 young kids) and wish we had brought family and friends to share the experience with us. But it also did not feel surplus to our needs. Very comfortable for us as a discerning professional family who like quality. But the best thing about our experience was enjoying the proximity to all that the Luberon has to offer. The views were breathtaking including on the balcony off the master bedroom. The way the light hits the valley below is something special. It was restful and professionally operated. Spend your money here. It is worth it! ”

“ I am so happy to leave a glowing review for this villa! We stayed for two weeks in late May and early June with family and friends and had a wonderful time. The home is beautifully appointed with every convenience you could want, and the outdoor living and pool area were a beautiful extension of the home. We were able to take easy day trips and also cook together in the evenings. I cannot think of a single thing we did not enjoy. The Concierge service was so helpful and delivered groceries and wine that were in place when we arrived. Any questions were answered promptly by Provence Holidays and by Carine, our property manager. We made memories for a lifetime! ”

“ This house has everything going for it. The landscape is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the four bedrooms and baths are well appointed and the kitchen has what you need to cook. Everything was clean and well maintained. We stayed here for three weeks with friends dropping in during our stay. The owners came by to clean the pool and take care of the lawn etc. Provence Holidays staff checked in with us during our stay. The house is in walking distance to town and very close to a grocery store. Provence Holidays was very easy to work with. They were quick to respond to questions we had and efficient. We highly recommend this house and Provence Holidays. ”
