The Chef offers you an experience in several chapters: he cooks for you, after an exchange on your preferences and dietary requirements, with seasonal produce from his chosen local suppliers and markets.
What we like
- 95% of the products we cook come from farms less than 70km away. The fish is caught sustainably in the Mediterranean, the lamb and poultry come from farms located within a radius of 50km. Organic fruit and vegetables are grown in the Drôme.
- Located at the foot of the historic village of Grignan, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Our rooms are decorated with authentic antique objects.
- The cellar boasts 350 carefully selected references. The wine list is one of the 20 best wine lists in France in the 'gastronomic restaurant' category.
