Standing in a wooded 1.2 hectare plot the villa boasts a beautiful terrace leading to the pool area, which features a large tiled surround and a solar shower. The pool house is provided with a shaded dining area and a room with a 4 spaces -Jacuzzi, two of which are for stretching out. A table-tennis table is available for some lively games.
Interior
An entrance hall divides the ground-floor rooms and contains a separate WC and the staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground level, you will find the lounge-dining room with a mezzanine above containing a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a laundry room containing the washing machine and an enclosed shower room, opposite the kitchen-living area. The first floor comprises a shower room with WC and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, with access to a terrace.
