Things to note
Pool Security: the swimming pool is secured by a fence, but we recommend that young children are closely supervised.
Children's Dormitory: although the mezzanine floor is protected by a net, this bedroom is not suitable for children under six years old.

With plenty of room for the little ones to run around, this 3000m2 landscaped garden is ideal for families. Cook up a delicious meal for your loved ones in the outdoor kitchen and dine under the shaded terrace whilst you listen to the chirp of cicadas.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in this fully-fenced 10m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by a luxurious terrace with shaded sun loungers.
Interior
Fully renovated in 2020, this elegant 200m2 farmhouse features a bright living room with wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the shaded terrace and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on its ground floor. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms: three are double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the fourth is a beautiful dormitory. This dormitory offers four single beds, two of which are located on the mezzanine floor which is protected by a net, and has a private bathroom across the hallway.
