The heated 13m x 4.5m swimming pool at Villa Ménerbes is the epitome of luxury and class. Complete with a state-of-the-art saltwater filtration system, children's beach and 130m² pool terrace with ten sunloungers and five parasols, spending a day in the sunshine has never been more glorious. 

Interior

Every inch of this superb 250m² home has been designed to maximise your comfort and enhance your experience. The fully equipped kitchen with impressive wine fridge will quickly become the heart of the home and the air conditioning throughout ensures you will always feel at ease. From the gym with exercise bike, elliptical trainer, yoga mats and dumbbells, to the home cinema complete with surround sound system and 65-inch television... every aspect of Villa Ménerbes is bound to delight.

Bedrooms

This utterly gorgeous villa sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms all complete with air conditioning, a hair dryer, a television and an ensuite bathroom.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request, office space and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 3: with king-sized double bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed, office space and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Please note these prices have been converted from Euros for your convenience only. All bookings are in the local Euro currency.

Included: end of stay cleaning, 6 hours of mid-week cleaning, bathroom amenities (Aqua Di Parma), concierge service and guest management, weekly pool cleaning and garden maintenance.
In high season (15^th June - 15^th September), pool heating costs €200 per week.
In low season, pool heating costs an additional €400 per week. 
Pets are not accepted.
