Le Lavandou or “The City of Dolphins” is an old fishing village on the shores of the Mediterranean. Although the name of this charming town is reminiscent of lavender, know that it would rather be inspired by the Provençal term, lavadou, which means, washhouse. Nestled at the foot of the Massif des Maures, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, the bay of Lavandou stretches out in a green setting over 12 kilometers of coastline with 12 magnificent fine sandy beaches.

Between Hyères and Le Lavandou, this hilltop village steeped in history, one of the most flowery and beautiful in France, has a coast bordered by beaches and magnificent creeks. All summer activities are available there, enough to spend a successful holiday!

Located in the town of Bormes-les-Mimosas and facing the Hyères islands, this small rocky point will appeal to lovers of wild nature in a natural area with a jealously preserved setting. The coastal path offers breathtaking views and the beaches are heavenly!

Between land and sea, Le Rayol-Canadel stretches out in a natural circle of greenery. The site is wooded with forests of cork oaks, heather and mimosas, with the Massif des Maures to the north and the rocky coastline to the south which is home to four fine sandy beaches (one of which hosted the Allied landings).
