Getting to Bormes-les-Mimosas
Bormes-les-Mimosas is a 40-minute drive from Hyères and just under two hours from Marseille. The nearest train station is Hyères, from which a car rental is highly recommended. The drive into the village takes you through vineyards, umbrella pines, and mimosa groves - particularly vivid in January and February when the trees burst into yellow bloom.

Location | Bormes-les-Mimosas is located in the Var, just inland from the coast and the marina of La Favière. It lies approximately 40 km southeast of Hyères and 20 km west of Saint-Tropez.
Climate | Like much of the Côte d’Azur, Bormes enjoys a Mediterranean climate. Summers are dry and hot, while winters are mild. The mimosa bloom in January–February is a seasonal highlight.
Transport | The village is best accessed by car. The nearest train station and airport are in Hyères. Car hire is recommended for exploring the surrounding coast, vineyards, and Maures hills. Free and paid parking is available throughout the village, with additional spaces at the marina.
