La Cour du Château, where the traditional bistro is revisited. Open every day, for lunch and dinner, except Sunday evening and Monday, a 38 euro package is offered (starter - main course - dessert).
The Château de Mazan has made a point of honour of offering only local products, and has given itself a maximum of 100 kilometres around the property for its supplies. We can thus find the know-how of many producers and the authentic flavours of their products.

"Awarded one star in the Michelin Guide in 2014 at the Alpaga Megève and having kept the one it earned. At the I Salti restaurant - Ile Rousse (Corsica) in 2017, Christophe Schuffenecker was entrusted with the management of the kitchens and gastronomy of the Château de Mazan from the beginning of 2020. He devotes himself fully to discovering the land and secrets of the region in order to always surprise the visitor's taste buds."
