Location: just 2km from the unmissable village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Mas des Plages is perfectly located for those seeking to discover the Alpilles and the perched villages of the Luberon. With a charming bakery just 1km from the property, you can rest easy knowing that fresh baguettes and pastries are just a short walk away!
Beautiful Garden: this fully-enclosed estate offers a stunning olive grove, a large swimming pool with nearby pool house, a boules court, a ping-pong table and plenty of private parking.
Pool House: with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, this luxurious pool house is ideal for families and large groups. It is located just steps away from the 20m free-form swimming pool with three wonderful beaches and an aquabike.
Exterior
This fully-enclosed 13,000m2 estate benefits from a stunning olive grove and a shaded children's play area which are located to the left of the private carpark for six vehicles. To the right, you will find a large lawn which features an amazing free-form swimming pool at its centre. Surrounded by sun loungers and a free-standing hammock, this pool offers a nearby pool house with an outdoor kitchen and bar. Cook a delicious meal in the pizza oven or gas plancha and dine on the large shaded terrace with your loved ones.
Pool
This exceptional free-form swimming pool will make you feel as though you are on your very own private beach. Roughly 20m x 6m in size, with an aquabike and three sloped beaches that are ideal for children, this pool is surrounded by sun loungers, lush lawns and Provencal olive trees. Treated with salt water instead of chlorine, you will feel refreshed and energised after every swim.
Interior
On the ground floor of this spacious 340m2 farmhouse, decorated throughout in a Provencal style, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen which opens onto the large shaded terrace with gas plancha, a comfortable living room and three double bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, you can admire views of the Alpilles from each of the three bedrooms, of which one has a private terrace.
In the nearby pool house, there is a seventh double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that overlooks the stunning 20m swimming pool.
