Exterior
In this delightful Provencal garden, you have eight hectares of landscaped lawns and Mediterranean plants to enjoy whilst you make treasured memories with your loved ones. With a well-equipped sports area, an exciting children's play area, a boules court, a ping pong table, a professional trampoline and bicycles available, this mas is ideal for families or large groups of friends. Enjoy delicious meals on the spacious terrace with a large dining table, barbecue and gas plancha or dine under the shade of the oak trees in a second outdoor dining area next to a small fountain. Wander through the huge aviary with hens who are happy to deliver fresh eggs for your breakfast and peacocks showing off their feathers!
Pool
The luxurious lagoon-style swimming pool is heated for your comfort and features a gently sloping floor that is perfect for all ages. The nearby Jacuzzi is the best place to relax and enjoy the marvelous views after a long day exploring the region.
Interior
On the ground floor of this charming property, you will find a large living room with home cinema and dining for eight to the left of the entrance hall. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for aspiring chefs and leads onto the laundry room, games room and two separate WCs. Three ensuite bedrooms and a nursery room with baby equipment complete this floor. Upstairs, you will find the Master bedroom with large wooden terrace, a fifth bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom.
In the separate cottage, located at the entrance of the property and 60m from the main house, you will find two identical communicating apartments: the first contains two single beds, ensuite bathroom and an adjoining office whilst the second contains two single beds, ensuite bathroom and an adjoining playroom which is perfect for children. This cottage is ideal for those seeking more privacy on their luxury holiday.
