What we like
Absolute Calm: the ornately designed 1.5 hectare grounds ensure that every guest will be transported to paradise.
Outdoor Activities: on top of the many outdoor activities located at the property, it is also possible to play or have tennis lessons at courts which are only 2km away from the house.
Size: the interior of this luxurious bastide is incredibly spacious. With several socialising areas throughout the building, there will be plenty of opportunities to spend time with your loved ones.
A magical place, this country house is situated on a magnificent landscaped and wooded plot overlooking the valley. Completely renovated in 2012, it offers a charming, functional and exquisite interior.
Exterior
In a very quiet green environment, this magnificent 1.5 hectare estate is adorned with numerous terraces planted with Provencal species (200-year-old plane trees, umbrella pines, cypresses, olive trees, fig trees, mulberry trees, lavender...), irrigated by springs feeding ponds and a fountain.
With private parking, an outdoor shower and WC, a gorgeous terrace shaded by plane trees, a pétanque/boules court, table tennis, badminton and a charcoal barbecue, this property has all the modern amenities and outdoor activities you could wish for. Enjoy a glass of wine to the murmur of the fountain on the south-facing terrace, encircled by lavendar and olive trees. Or take a meditative stroll through the isolated aromatic garden which is enclosed with authentic dry stone walls.
Pool
This huge 13m x 5.5m swimming pool has a depth of 1.5m-2.5m and is secured by an alarm. Best of all, it is heated from Easter until All Saints' Day.
Interior
This recently renovated 450m2 farmhouse boasts spacious rooms, becoming the perfect place to host a large family or group of friends. The ground floor offers a huge and very well equipped American-style kitchen with bay window opening onto the pool-side stone terrace, a 80m2 living room with fireplace and TV, a second 50m2 living room with TV, another fitted kitchen with dining area, a laundry room, a separate WC with washbasin and an external WC which overlooks the terrace.
Thanks to some recent renovations, all 7 bedrooms now offer refined decoration and a large Italian shower in their ensuite bathroom. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom and shower. 5 toilets are independent, the sixth is found in a shower room. The second floor, in addition to housing bedrooms 6 and 7, boasts a living room which leads onto the west terrace, on the aromatic side of the garden.
In terms of entertainment, this luxurious holiday rental has 3 LCD 46" televisions with video and DVD players (it is possible to rent films in Apt), a Hi-Fi system, Ipod speaker and computer available. It also offers toys, games and books for children, board games, table football, table tennis, pétanque/boules balls and badminton equipment.
Bedrooms
This huge luxury property sleeps 14 people in 7 bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms. All beds can be converted into 2 single beds upon request. There is a cot with bars and a folding cot available.
