Charming restored house with large park, private pool, exlusive view
Villa for rent Provence for 8 people with heated pool
The house enjoys a panoramic view over the valley of the combe of Lourmarin and in the distance on the Sainte Victoire mountain.
Its private infinity pool (size: 5 x 12 m, depth 1.10 to 2 m, secured by an infrared alarm and a barrier, wide beach slabs of stone, commissioning from mid-May) integrated into an old wall of restanque, in the shade of the holm oaks, allows to escape the summer heat. Two bories recall the historical frequentation of these places and will make the happiness of the children.
45 minutes from Aix en Provence and 45 minutes from Avignon, it offers easy access to the main historic and cultural centers of Provence. Aix Opera Festival, Avignon Theater Festival, Piano Festival of Roque d'Anthéron, you can enjoy an incomparable cultural offer.
The house with an area of 185 m2 has 4 beautiful bedrooms. The main one favors the spirit of openness and light. It has a bathroom tek design, a dressing room and a library. From its double canopy bed, you will overlook the valley. A small private terrace is at your disposal for romantic breakfasts.
The second receives you in the middle of memories of Brazil and Guatemala, combining Provencal and Latin warmth. It has a double bed and a charming shower area. It also has a private terrace with panoramic views.
The third is the children's kingdom. Cheerful tones, bathroom with tub, direct access to the garden, it can accommodate up to 4 children (two bunk beds 90 + two pull-out beds in 90 can be at the same level)
Finally the last room, the coolest in summer, comfortably accommodates 2 adults (double bed). It has its own shower area with art deco accents
The kitchen, open to the dining room, is equipped with a stove Lacanche double oven (electric and gas) and an American fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven ... You prepare your meals while enjoying the presence of your guests. The dining room comfortably accommodates 10 12 people on a large rustic table. The living room is equipped with a flat screen television with satellite channel
Outside, three terraces allow you to enjoy the different types of sunshine of the day while enjoying pretty views: under the arbor, in the shade of a large oak tree and facing the valley. Practical information 4 bedrooms each with bathroom Bathroom cooling system

The old fortified village of Bonnieux is located at the top of the valley of Lourmarin and dominated by an old church. This perched Provençal village is the ideal place to discover the region by bike or on foot and benefits from an exceptional panorama which extends from the Petit Luberon to the Monts du Vaucluse and as far as Mont Ventoux.
