From your unique shaded terrace, you can enjoy both the sound of cicadas in the evening and sharing a drink with your loved ones by the electric barbecue. The elegant outdoor space blends seamlessly into the spacious living room and kitchen, making dinner time enjoyable for chefs and diners alike. And, hidden in the shade of the pines, an additional suite can be found in a wooden hut... the perfect hideaway!

This loft-style house, which has been completely renovated, offers 200m2 of large and bright living space in a bucolic setting. The ground floor contains a large living room with kitchen open to the dining and lounge areas as well as a home cinema. You will also find a laundry room, a suite with shower room and direct access to the terrace and south-facing garden, and a separate WC on this floor.
The kitchen is fitted with an American-style fridge (with ice and fresh water dispenser); freezer; wine cellar; microwave oven; extractor hood; SMEG range with 5 gas burners; large and narrow ovens; dishwasher; washing machine; tumbledryer; ironing equipment and vacuum cleaner. The house also benefits from wifi and SONOS portable speakers.
