What we like

Village Within Walking Distance: located just 2km from the village of Trans-en-Provence, you are just a short walk from lovely shops, bars and restaurants and 30 minutes away from Sainte-Maxime.
Heated Infinity Pool: this beautiful heated infinity pool is the perfect place to relax with a cool glass of rosé.
Contemporary Style: this modern villa offers a minimalist design and refined décor throughout.
Location: Villa d'Architecte is perfectly situated for visiting the Gorges du Verdon and many outstanding beaches on the Côte-d'Azur.

Things to note

Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm but, for young children, extra care and supervision is recommended.
Additional Guests: there is a sofa bed in the TV room which can increase the capacity of this property to 14 guests.

New for 2023 : A new Gym was installed for the new season, and is available for an additional fee 



Exterior

This fully-enclosed 1400m2 garden offers a small children's play area, two private garages for shaded parking and a luxurious pool terrace with a stunning infinity pool and summer kitchen. Cook a delicious meal on the gas barbecue and dine with your loved ones on the shaded terrace.

Pool

With a brand new heat pump for the 2023 season, you can enjoy a soothing dip in this 12m x 4.8m infinity pool surrounded by a stunning terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Facing south, this pool can reach up to 30°C in July and August and is just steps away from the shaded terrace with outdoor dining area.

Interior

In this luxurious 240m2 villa, you will find a spacious south-facing living room with fireplace and large bay windows leading onto the main pool terrace, an open-plan dining area, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a TV room with a double sofa bed and four stylish bedrooms all complete with private bathrooms.

This modern villa sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms all complete with private bathrooms for your comfort.

Luxuriöse Villa

Die Fotos bieten eine gute Beschreibung von dieser luxuriösen Villa. Vom Garten waren wir sogar positiv überrascht. Das Grundstück ist schon gut eingewachsen. Wir können eine Nutzung (auch schon im Frühjahr) empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr professionell: vor Anreise wurde uns auf Anfrage ein (kleiner) Sonderwunsch in Bezug auf die Einrichtung erfüllt. Beinhaltet war auch eine Menge Service vor Ort: es kamen z.B. Gärtener, Leute die den Pool säuberten und zweimal pro Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt. Für unsere Teenager gab es die Möglichkeit, in der Garage Tischtennis zu spielen. Im Umkreis von knapp über einer Stunde Autofahrt kann man sowohl Richtung Küste als auch ins Inland viele schöne Orte erreichen, z.B. auch um dort zu wandern.

Perfect location with outstanding pool
score

The entire family, a group of 10 including a wheelchair user plus a dog had a wonderful fortnight. The beautiful house offered everything we needed in a high quality. The facilities outside, the big table plus the outside kitchen with grill and fridge made life next to the fantastic pool outstanding. Trans-en-Provence and Draguignan are peaceful, beautiful provencal places not too far away from the busy coast area. It is a great place to be which we recommend highly. A big thx to our hosts - We shall come back.

Perfect Villa for family and friends

Modern villa, very spacious, very well equipped, functional and very clean. Large bedrooms and bathrooms that allow everyone to have their space. Magnificent swimming pool and very neat surroundings. To recommend!
