Two Independent Properties: the eight-bedroom main house and separate two-bedroom guest house are ideal for large families or groups of friends who desire some extra privacy.

Exterior

Located in the grounds of a grand six-hectare estate, the fully restored bastide features a stunning pool terrace with a large heated pool, pool house and outdoor kitchen with barbecue and plancha. The nearby guest house offers a second private pool with stunning views of the landscaped garden. Cook a delicious meal for your loved ones or embrace the local lifestyle with a game of pétanque on the nearby court.

Pool

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the luxurious 17m x 5m main house pool, heated for your comfort from May to October. Surrounded by a refined terrace with sun loungers and close to the cool shade of the pool house, this is the perfect place to enjoy an apéritif after a long day at the beach. Those seeking a more refreshing swim on a long summer's day can make the most of the 8m x 3.6m guest house swimming pool that is surrounded by beautiful Provencal plants.

Interior

On the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned main house, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen which opens onto the shaded terrace, a spacious living room with fireplace, a luxurious sauna, an office, a state-of-the-art gym, two double bedrooms and one independent bathroom. Upstairs, there are six further double bedrooms and four independent bathrooms.

In the nearby guest house, there is another comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two light and airy bedrooms which share an independent bathroom.
