What we like
Location: The house is located in the upper part of the village, on a tranquil street, and just a 2-minute walk from shops and restaurants.
Outdoor Area: the outdoor area has several terraces ideal for relaxation.
To note
Parking: Three parking lots are available right in front of the gate, next to the house and in the garage or in the large car park located at the entrance to the village.

Exterior
The spacious 110m2 outdoor terrace offers an ideal setting for enjoying moments of relaxation, sharing dinners with a view of The Luberon, cooling off in the swimming pool, relaxing in the shaded corners and taking advantage of the well-located pétanque court.
Pool
The heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, benefits from a south-facing exposure, thus offering optimal sunshine and a pleasant view. With its dimensions of 8 x 4 meters and its flat bottom of 140 cm, you can enjoy unforgettable refreshing moments.
Interior
This charming village house, facing south, extends over several levels, offering breathtaking views of The Luberon whilst being ideally located just a 2-minute walk from shops, cafes and restaurants. The living rooms, such as the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, are arranged in a row, opening onto a large terrace with a pergola offering a magnificent view and exceptional light. The living room is equipped with a bar for more conviviality. The bedrooms are on the upper level, corresponding to the ground floor, while the annex is located at the end of the terrace.

This property can accommodate up to 9 people in 5 comfortable bedrooms: 2, the Master and the annex, with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms share 1 shower room and the small bedroom has an independent bathroom. 2 bedrooms have air conditioning the others have ceiling fans and 2 portable air conditioning units are provided.
