What we like

Walking Distance to the Village: explore the popular village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence from your doorstep... just 1km away! However, the path to the street has gravel and is not practical for those using a cane or with walking difficulties.
Peace and Quiet: this property is perfectly located - close enough to walk to the village market but you will feel utterly secluded in your very own private paradise.
Air Conditioning: Maison des Oliviers has air conditioning in every room! Ideal for cooling down after long adventures in the sunshine.

Things to note

Pool: the pool has a security alarm but, it is not gated, so younger children still need to be supervised.



Exterior

The property is located at the end of a quiet track and is very private, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. There is a sunny terrace beside the pool as well as a covered terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. To one side of the house you will find an extensive lawned area, perfect for special occasions, letting the kids roam free or for some peace and quiet. To the other side of the house, a terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and a BBQ, with ample space for parking to the rear of the house.

Pool

This luxurious 7m x 4m swimming pool features large Roman steps in the shallow end and is secured by an alarm. 

Interior

The entry hall leads to the formal dining room with doors opening to the pool terrace. The kitchen, with breakfast table and walk-in pantry and laundry, are to the left and open onto the covered terrace with outdoor dining area. To the right is the large living room with doors opening to the pool terrace and the side terrace which features a BBQ and lounge chairs.
There is a double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette and another guest toilet off the entrance hall. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a large ensuite and two further double bedrooms which share a bathroom. There is air-conditioning throughout the entire house.

Bedrooms

This refined property sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned and comfortable bedrooms.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: with queen-sized double bed, garden views and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2/Master: with queen-sized double bed, views of the Alpilles hills and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 3: with queen-sized double bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and views of the Alpilles hills.
Bedroom 4: with queen-sized double bed and views of the Alpilles hills.
There is an indepedent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC for bedrooms 3 and 4.

Perfect ion Provence
score

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place in which to enjoy the splendors of Provence. The location couldn't possibly have been better, just a few minutes out of the center of St. Remy and yet far away from the crowds. The house was spotless, charming, comfortable, convenient. Old world charm with every modern amenity. What a pleasure to have called this place home if only for a week!

Wir wollten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Haus bzw. Anwesen war zauberhaft. Auch die Menschen, die für Sie arbeiten, die wir kennenlernen durften, waren reizend und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank auch für den Wein bzw. alles was Sie uns präsentiert haben. Und dass Sie uns am Sonntag angerufen und sich nach uns erkundigt haben war sehr zuvorkommend. Ihr Unternehmen werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Und vielen lieben Dank nochmals, vor allem an Herrn Maba, dass uns die Vermietung des Objektes problemlos um ein Jahr verschoben wurde. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich. fantastic being able to walk in to town

Lovely property. Great location. We really appreciated being able to walk to restaurants. Kitchen very well stocked. We were a bit disappointed that only six loungers were provided when the house is being rented for eight people. The loungers were also not very comfortable. Karen, the manager, was very welcoming and provided very helpful information.
