Located on the top of a lovely hill, this property's 8,000m2 gardens are well-landscaped and benefit from gorgeous views of The Luberon. Distributed over two levels, the terrace encircles the house and stretches to around the swimming pool. With a boules court and ping pong table available, there is plenty to keep you entertained in the evenings.
This stunning 12m x 4m infinity pool, with a depth of 1.4m, is ideally located to benefit from full sunshine on its many sun loungers. The nearby pool house, with shower, sink and WC, means you can comfortably spend entire days poolside.
The floors are refrigerated and cool the house, except for the veranda area (kitchen, dining area and living room) which has air conditioning for the 2023 season. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open-plan and fully-equipped kitchen (veranda) which leads to the living room with dining area. This bright space is surrounded by sliding glass doors which lead to the terrace and swimming pool. A little further on, there is a TV lounge and a formal dining room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms which share an independent bathroom. In the basement, you will have access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
This lovely property sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms all complete with under-floor cooling to ensure you are perfectly refreshed and at ease.
