The grounds of this charming property are adorned with several cypress, eucalyptus, pine and palm trees. Cast an eye over this lush landscape from the 350m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pool
This stunning heated mirror pool is 15m x 4m and has a depth of 1.7m. There is, however, a shallow area which can be used for sunbathing or as a space for small children to paddle.
Interior
The property's Parisian interior designer created the refined and minimalist style of the house. The entrance leads to a large orangery with large bay windows to flood the room with light. With period fireplace, comfortable sofas, a pool table and a piano, this property truly has something for everyone.

Great Villa
The villa is just great! Everything is exactly like on the pictures! We were a group with 6 pers. an 2 small children ( 1&2 years). Great garden & nice pool with child security system. The villa brings everything you need. Le pradet itself is not that special but there are nice beaches in walking distance and nice villages 15 to 45 minutes by car.
