Provencal farmhouse located in a beautiful environment at the foot of The Alpilles, in the town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (7 minutes from the centre).
Spread over two levels, this beautifully-restored house can accommodate 13 people. It includes 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 toilets (separate), a living room, a TV room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a games room (with table football).
The unfenced plot of over one hectare includes a pine forest, a 12m x 6m swimming pool secured by a roller shutter and several terraces including a pretty terrace shaded by an arbour.

Within this property's grounds, you can enjoy a 200m2 terrace, a variety of outdoor furniture, a pétanque/boules court, a ping pong table, a Weber gas barbecue and a wooden cabin. With all this on offer, you won't be able to resist spending every waking moment in the glorious outdoors.

This 12m x 6m private pool has a depth of 1.4m and is secured by a roller shutter.

After its complete renovation in 2017, this farmhouse now boasts two large south-facing living rooms which overlook the stunning terrace. Not only do these rooms seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors, they also benefit from incredible views of The Alpilles and swimming pool. This charming property also features a library, spacious kitchen, games room, office, laundry room and six comfortable bedrooms.
