Enjoy a refreshing dip in this 12m x 5m private swimming pool with a large children's beach that is ideal for little ones. Surrounded by lush lawn on one side and a spacious terrace with sun loungers and parasols on the other, this pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring The Alpilles.
Interior
On the ground floor of this fully-restored 280m2 farmhouse, you will find a beautiful open-plan kitchen with a large island and direct access to the shaded terrace, a bright living/dining room and an independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Up the main staircase, you will find the Master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and two double bedrooms which share an independent bathroom. There is an additional staircase on the ground floor that leads to another first-floor wing with a double bedroom and private living room with TV and sofas; this space would be ideal for teenagers or those seeking additional privacy. On the second floor, you will find the final two double bedrooms which share a fourth independent bathroom. Beautifully decorated and with air conditioning throughout, Mas du Ruisseau is absolutely perfect for large families or groups of friends.
