Things to note
Pool: the pool has an electric cover, however it is not fenced, meaning the supervision of children is advised.

The country house is terraced and private, benefitting from its garden with independent access, heated swimming pool, pool house and a summer kitchen as well as the large terraces on different levels. The garden is planted with century-old oaks, a multitude of roses, aromatic herbs & colourful flowers.

Of 150 m², the villa offers 3 double bedrooms with individual bathrooms, on the ground floor a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen & fireplace opening onto a large terrace, air conditioning / heating, wifi. For your comfort, the villa is also equipped with its own laundry room.

Bedroom 1: with a super king-sized double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds if required and an ensuite with a bath, hand basin and WC.

The Bastides are equipped with bed linen, bathrobes, bath towels and welcome products.
Flowers, olive oil, small tea and coffee grocery store are available, as well as other bits and pieces.
For stays of one week, we intervene once a week for cleaning with changes of sheets and towels.
Depending on the needs, we can intervene more often, this service will be invoiced €25 per hour.
