Beautiful Holiday Rental with Private Pool

What we like

Location: this tastefully decorated holiday rental is located in the heart of a charming Luberon village.
Pretty Garden: with a lawn, private swimming pool, boules court and shaded terrace with large dining table and another shaded terrace with a sitting group. 
Ensuite Bathrooms: each bedroom has a private bathroom to maximise your comfort.

Things to note

Pool  Security: the pool has an alarm, but is not covered or fenced, so extra care is needed with young children.
Pool opening periods: please note that the pool only opens from May to September. 
Parking: please note that there is no parking on the property, but free parking is about 50m away.



Exterior

In the heart of the village, the green garden has everything you need for a stay in Provence: a boules court, a swimming pool, a lawn and a beautiful table in the shade where you can enjoy good meals and aperitifs with friends and family.

Pool

Ideally located to make the most of the sunshine, this 7m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs which are perfect for sunbathing. For those who want to cool off, there is more outdoor furniture under the shade of a tree or under the pergola. Please note that the pool only opens from May to September. 

Interior

With soft colors, the interior is very pleasant and relaxing. On the ground floor, you will find the large living room with cosy sofas and a charming fireplace. The living room leads onto the dining area which can comfortably seat eight people. A large French window opens onto the garden and the outside terrace. The recently renovated kitchen is very well equipped, spacious and boasts a large worktop.
On the first floor are two king-sized double bedrooms, which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and their ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor, the other two double bedrooms with their attic ceilings each have their own bathroom and a shared toilet on the landing.
There are three toilets in the house: In the bathroom in bedroom 1 on the first floor, on the landing on the first floor and on the landing on the second floor.

This charming property sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms for your comfort and peace of mind.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 1: with king-sized double bed (180 x 200cm), or two single beds if preferred, and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed (180 x 200cm), or two single beds if preferred, and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. Independant WC in the hallway.

On the second floor:
Bedroom 3: with king-sized double bed (180 x 200cm), or two single beds if preferred, and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom 4: with double bed (140 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an independent WC in the corridor.

Lourmarin is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nestled in the heart of lush vineyards, flowering almond trees and fragrant olive groves, it has cafés and restaurants with lively terraces as well as pleasant Provençal shops. Its historical heritage is worth the detour.
