This property is also just ten minutes from the harbour, 30 minutes from the city of Toulon and 40 minutes from the popular town of Saint-Tropez.
Ideal for Families: divided over three levels, this stunning villa offers eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, two modern kitchens, a games room and two comfortable living rooms to ensure everyone has plenty of personal space and privacy during their luxury holiday.
Infinity Pool: this gorgeous 12m x 5m infinity pool features a children's beach so that every member of the family can feel refreshed during hot summer days.

Exterior

Next to the 12m x 5m infinity pool, you will find a large wooden pool terrace complete with sun loungers, parasols and a luxurious pool house. Here, you can cook a delicious meal on one of the two gas barbecues or enjoy a cool drink at the bar whilst admiring the picturesque sea views. From the large terrace which leads onto the second floor of the villa, you can play a game of boules or simply watch the sun set over the Côte-d'Azur.

Pool

Enjoy a relaxing swim in this gorgeous 12m x 5m infinity pool whilst you admire stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. Fully fenced and with a large children's beach, this pool is ideal for every member of the family.

Interior

Spread over three levels, this exceptional 300m² villa is absolutely perfect for large groups or multigenerational families. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped American-style kitchen and a comfortable living room which leads onto the shaded terrace by the pool. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms as well as three childrens' bedrooms which share an independent bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a laundry room, independent WC and a large games room/library with table football, a ping-pong table, table tennis and darts. On the second floor, there are two further double bedrooms, an independent bathroom with separate WC, a large dining room with beautiful sea views, a second American-style kitchen, a second living room and a vast terrace with a boules court, summer lounge and amazing sea views.
