Sabine's cooking classes are inspired by her love of Provence, her homeland, the land of olive trees, vineyards, sunshine and beautiful landscapes.
Come and discover the rich provençal culinary tradition handed down to Sabine by her mother and grandmother; a tradition that in its simplicity seeks to celebrate and give expression to the intense flavours and aromas of the local produce.
The cooking classes start at 9.30am at “La Grange Vieille” and run until 2.00pm, and can also be done in the evenings from 5.30pm. You prepare the meal together and then sit down to share it on the veranda surrounded by vines and olive trees.
Aprons are provided for the cooking classes and copies of the recipes (in English) are given to the participants, so that you can recreate these dishes back home for friends and family.
