Located in the heart of the oldest factory in Montélimar, the Arnaud Soubeyran Nougat Museum offers an astonishing and tasty stroll to the rhythm of the workshops and kitchens in activity. There is something for everyone: educational children's trail, videos, tasting area, living hive. The staging, supported by the work of many artists, is playful and poetic, with a wealth of information!

Take a free guided tour of the manufacturing and packaging workshops of the famous nougat factory in Sault, and discover the history of nougat and its manufacture.
Then visit the shop where the shelves are full of sweets, the tables are filled with nougat, calisson, marshmallow, chocolate coated dried fruit and homemade biscuits, and there is a delicious smell of honey coming from the kitchens.
