It is now possible to visit the part that is most representative of the intensity of this underground activity. This network of oil mills, cisterns and pipes is listed as a Historic Monument, and offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the troglodytic life of the village of Gordes.

  • The cellars are open from April to October.
