Join Nadine and Romain to pick your own wild herbs and then learn how transform them into delicious dishes in these fun cookery classes.
Meet Nadine and Romain at 9 am at the gathering place where you will experience the "pick up our wild meal": observation, identification and respectful picking of wild herbs. Peggy will then welcome you at the restaurant with a drink, where Romain, as chef, will show you how to transform these simple herbs into tasty and delicate dishes.
In a joyful atmosphere, your senses will awaken as you taste the results of your morning's work. You'll leave at 3 pm, with your taste buds rejoicing with this new experience.
Menus: created by Romain according to the morning's pickings they'll include amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert or 2 starters and main course or main course and 2 desserts.
Drinks: wine by supplement by glass - herbal tea / coffee
In case of bad weather, the workshop will still go ahead. Nadine will take the pickings the day before for you to identify in the basket and/or a workshop focused on a theme.
