The Mas consists of 5-6 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), a kitchen, a lounge / dining room, 4 toilets, garden, pool, pool house all equipped, petanque, table football, table tennis, billiards, swing, plancha, gas barbecue.

The Mas is arranged as follows:

At the ground floor:

- 1 large entrance,
- 1 living room with a dining area
- 1 spacious kitchen fully equipped with a bar and a dining area (Gasin gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, stone double sink, blender, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Americanfridge, etc ....) and a corner office with a computer available. Wifi indoors / outdoors.

- 1 spacious laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer.
- 1 bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in shower and a sink.
- 1 separate WC
- 1 veranda

1st floor:

- 1 large bedroom with a double bed 140cm, recent bedding from late 2017
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140cm and a cot 
- 1 small room with a single bed of 90 cm,
- 1 parental suite with 1 bed in 180 * 200cm, and 2 single beds of 90cm (bed drawer) with an en-suite bathroom. 1 Italian shower, double sink, large bath, WC.
All rooms are equipped with a fan.
- 1 independent bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

On the second floor:

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 140cm. Renovated entirely in December 2017
- 1 bedroom / dormitory for 2-4 people currently. 
The dormitory consists of: 1 bed 140, 1 bed 160, 2 beds 90, 2 sofa beds 1 person

The big Pool house is arranged as follows :

And finally the garden has a heated swimming pool 12 * 5m, with a large paddling pool for young children, deckchairs, a ping-pong table, a large petanque (Boules), a swing.

Closed parking in the garden (2000 m²) partly fenced.

Dogs are our friends in the garden or the veranda.
Unfortunately, with a son allergic to dogs (to his despair), they can not be accepted in the rooms to avoid any health risks because we live in the house the rest of the year.

In case of concern, a guard is available 500 m from the property.

The house is outside the village of Pernes les Fontaines, 4 km away, but you can go shopping on foot at the neighboring producer of fruits and vegetables, which sells fresh bread, meat, wine, etc. ....

The nearest town is Carpentras at 5 km, then Cavaillon and Avignon at 20 km

The Avignon train station is the easiest access by TGV. Carpentras station opened in April 2015 (5 km from the Palladau farmhouse).

Marignane / Marseille airport is 80 km away

The sea is located at 80 km but there are many activities to discover in our region (Mont Ventoux, Antiquaires Isle / Sorgue, Kayaking 10 km between the beautiful village of Fontaine de Vaucluse and its famous chasm and the little Venice (the Isle sur la Sorgue) .
There are many equestrian centres, beautiful golf, tree climbing, Wine cellars Cotes du Rhone (Vacqueyras, Chateauneuf du pape, Beaume of Venice, Gigondas, etc ....), The Palais des Papes of Avignon, The Pont du Gard, the Haribo candy factory, the beautiful village of Gordes, the ochres of the village of Roussillon (mini grand canyon), etc ....)

Since August 2015, 2km from Mas du Palladau, an outdoor water park (Wave Island) has opened its doors near a lake with a " wave club " to learn to ride the highest artificial wave in the world.

A Parc Spirou (with lucky Luke, Marsupilami, Spirou, etc ....). 12 attractions for the moment for all ages. It is planned to go up to 30 attractions during the next 7 years.

In July: Avignon theater festival lasting 3 weeks with more than 1000 plays
