The property is fenced for your security, and mature trees and shrubs provide a high level of privacy. The ground is laid to lawn around the swimming pool giving a wonderful soft touch to the garden, and the terrace directly in front of the property is covered with mature climbing plants, providing the perfect place to dine al fresco.
The property is located in a quiet residential area just behind the impressive church in the sought-after village of Caromb, a beautiful village nestled in the foothills of the Mont Ventoux. The countryside in which Caromb sits is stunning, made up mostly of vines, cherry and olive trees, but a 15-minute walk finds you in the forest to the north-east which is a stark contrast to the sun-parched plains of the vines.
Caromb has small grocery shops, a butcher, a bakery, cafes and bistros; there is a lovely Provencal outdoor market on Tuesday morning. Nearby Bedoin, Beames-de-Venise and Carpentras have markets; Crillon-le Brave is a stunning jewel of a village.

Walking distance from the boulangerie and great jazz collection. Really easy house to live in - didn't want to leave.
Stunning holiday
Maison des Pres was an outstanding villa in a beautiful location within Provence. Just a 5 minute stroll from the village of Caromb, which had everything we needed. The villa itself was very clean and beautifully renovated and it felt more like someone's home than just holiday accommodation. Our house manager Bruno was extremely helpful especially when we had a family emergency to deal with which meant we needed to accept incoming calls on the house phone. His recommendations of places to eat was spot on, especially Chez Serg!! We hope to return for a longer stay to make the most of the location and see a little more of Provence. Thank you!

I am down with my mum in Caromb this week and just wanted to let you know how thrilled she is with the villa. It really is perfect for her. She's on her 4th week and isn't looking forward to leaving. The village is charming with a lovely new restaurant, enough shops to provide for everything, friendly people and sweet housekeeper. Not sure you've ever been here but it's a really lovely well laid out villa with a very pretty garden. She is planning a return visit already! Many thanks for everything, Charlie
