Description of the places:

On a small country road in southern Luberon, 3 km from the village of La Tour d'Aigues, on your left, an alignment of olive trees, cypresses, with lavender at their feet. On the other side, rows of vines preceded by roses. The 3 cypresses of reception and a pine umbrella, you are in front of the entry of the field: whole universe devoted to the culture of the vine and devoted to the respect of the ground.

The Master of the places has fantastically seized the natural slope of this generous, beautiful and wild land of Provence, and so difficult to tame. By offering to live in his Bastide, he wants you to share his passion and make you discover a terroir and know-how.

Om takes the path of gravel that descends gently to a grid along a beautiful wall of dry stone, punctuated with lavender. Imposing earthenware jars planted with oleanders open the way. In the meadow below, two horses frolic. A little further to the limits of the places exclusively devoted to tenants are a kitchen garden and olive groves. The property counts more than 2,800. By means of finance, it will be possible to obtain vegetables from the garden.

Large and large gravel terrace offering an extensive, impregnable and private view of the valley and Grand Luberon. Centennial plane trees and a beautiful linden decorate the place and provide the shade necessary for the beautiful season. Simple garden furniture wrought iron. The house, about 500 m², shows buildings dating from the 17th, 18th and 19th century living in total harmony and arguing in grace, comfort and authenticity. The facade is balanced, classic. It is flowery - boxwood, rose bushes, ivy, oleander - Heavy pastel shades. In the center and on the first floor, a wrought iron balcony marks the era of this part of the building. An oak door with beautiful door frames punctuates the entrance to places and gives access to a small hall where are a nice dresser and a mirror 18th worked with fine gold. On both sides of this entrance are distributed neighborhoods to live. At the bottom, a staircase with the typical ramp of bastidons of the 17th leads to the floors. Mid floor, below, a cloakroom, guest toilet and a "powder room".

On the right, in the entrance a door opens onto a dining room: large table surrounded by chairs to accommodate numbers of guests. Exposed period tableware, crystal glasses, candlelight. Interesting 18th century decoration depicting a hunting scene. A French window opens onto the terrace. Following him, a few steps down, there is a large kitchen and very well equipped.

The kitchen :

Happy place and true heart of the house opening on the terrace near the gate of entrance by ogive windows. Large stone fireplace and rim in waxed wood. Butcher counter and piano "Rozière" semi professional with 4 gas burners and two electric ovens. Small fridge for drinks. In the Cellar carved in the safre, there is a large capacity American refrigerator. Wooden farmhouse table and benches make it possible to have meals in the kitchen.

To the left of the entrance, one enters a living room also opening on the terrace by double doors windows. It includes a desk. On the walls, authentic tapestries dating from the 18th century and interesting paintings. Sparks, cabriolets with faded fabrics but full of charm, furnish the premises and give a small air "nonconformist" to the room. Everywhere books, photos and objects found in Provencal markets.

A staircase leads to the first floor where the bedrooms and suites are located, up to a third floor. In total, 6 bedrooms each with own bathroom en suite and a toilet, either included in the bathroom, or separate. 1st floor right on the landing in the extension of which is a door window opening onto a balcony in front of the house, wrought iron railing style 18th.

The Empire Suite: It consists of a small living room and a large room whose windows open onto the front terrace of the house. In this small living room are a couch constituting an extra bed 90cm, two very pretty corner empire with mirror and sculpted hunting scenes ... two shepherds purple silk that add a note very "kitch" twin beds joined (90cm x 2 ) a very nice bridge table and a bathroom ensuite with bath-shower, old washbasin and toilets. 1st floor left: On the same floor, on the left, a door gives access to a long corridor distributing three rooms: The Rose, the Blue and the Pastelle

Rose Room: Its windows open onto the front terrace of the house, overlooking the terrace and the valley. Large room with twin beds close together. A bathroom ensuite with bath and shower, sink and toilet. Pretty fireplace 19th ceramic. This bathroom is preceded by a large dressing room. Nice dresser in fruit. Floor tiles called "floor" waxed.

At the end of the corridor, facing each other, two large bedrooms both have private terraces overlooking the east side of the house overlooking the entrance to the estate. They are in the 19th part of the house, the columns have faith.

The blue room and the Pastelle room. Beautiful volumes, floor tomettes. Twin beds close together as everywhere in the house. The private terraces are accessible by elegant glazed doors of time. Bathrooms and shower, sink and toilet. A lot of storage.

Concierge service (visit of the vineyard, tasting course, transfers ..) on request and under estimate. Pool and garden maintenance assured. Heating in winter, electricity included.
