The house offers: a lounge and ironwork bay, a fireplace and play table, a dining room open on the patio, a large kitchen as before.

Four beautiful independent bedrooms with their bathrooms, allow everyone to preserve its tranquility.

Services not included

A housekeeper provides maintenance of the house for 4 hours per week minimum (12 euros / hour). The final cleaning (8 hours), including the washing of the household linen, is the responsibility of the tenants, that is a supplement of 48 euros per week + 96 euros at the end of the stay.

Services included

The gardener usually takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden. The linen is included in the rent.
