The property is located halfway between Toulon and Marseille, inland and 15 km from the beaches of Bandol and Lecques. The house (223 m2) is in a quiet place outside the village and in the middle of the vineyards. It is surrounded by a large shaded terrace and an enclosed garden (9000 m2) with many cypresses and olive trees. The pool (12m x 4m, 1m deep basin depth, 1.8m large pool) has a natural stone deck, a lawn, and is secured by an audible alarm. There is a petanque court and a charcoal grill next to the terrace.

The house is rented all year and can accommodate up to six people. No pets allowed. A washing machine is available. Internet connection by wifi.

The ample spaces and the calm of the place encourage the visitor to rest and enjoy the sun and the pool. However the area offers many possibilities for hiking or horse riding through pine forests and hills, bike tours, visits to historical and panoramic sites, and finally tastings in the many wineries in the region (AOC Bandol).

In the nearby town of Beausset there are shops of all kinds, gas stations, supermarkets, post office, banks, press house, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies and doctors. A large market is held every Friday. At the tennis club you can rent shorts on time.

The House

Ground floor: Entrance hall with wc / washbasin. Living room of 50m2 with fireplace, stereo and direct exit to the terrace. Dining room. Large kitchen equipped with oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.

Upstairs: Twin bedroom and double bedroom, with bathroom (shower / 2 washbasins / wc) communicating between the two. Single room with washbasin.

Floor and "attic": Small living room with TV, independent bedroom with two beds and bathroom (shower / sink / wc). You can access this room from the living room by a wooden staircase.

The rooms have a surface of 17m2 for a twin bedroom, the others are 10 to 11m2.

There are electric heaters in the rooms. Cot and high chair available.

All rooms are furnished in the style of the region.

A guardian couple (very discreet) lives on the spot at the back of the house in a separate apartment.

Final cleaning and laundry fee: 250 €. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.
