To prolong the exchange and discovery, sommelier chef Gilles Ozzello offers oenology courses during which he will visit the cellar and his 60,000 bottles and will taste the best wines of the region before inviting his guests to a Menu Mets & Wines concocted by our doubly starred chef.

A bottle of Affectif rouge 2009, the wine of Jean André Charial, will be offered.
