Gordes
Beneath the Palais Saint-Firmin, a beautiful Renaissance residence, there is a network of cellars. It is now possible to visit the part that is most representative of the intensity of this underground activity. This network of oil mills, cisterns and pipes is listed as a Historic Monument, and offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the troglodytic life of the village of Gordes.
