A wonderful place

Thank you for your endless help in excellent places to go and sourcing our wonderful chef Eric - his food was excellent and Nozomi for her totally delicious birthday cakes. A wonderful place to celebrate in this wonderful part of France untouched by most tourists. We will forever remember our parapenting, via ferreta and many happy family and friends time.

Lovely property Härlig fastighet

This is a lovely property, set in a peaceful location, yet only 5 min drive to a couple of beautiful villages where you can find shops and even a weekly farmers market. The place itself is kept in pristine condition. The owner has done a wonderful job at decorating it in very good taste, with clearly a lot of thought put into it; throughout it there are small details that make it a very cosy and comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including herbs from the garden! The host is great; responsive and helpful with recommendations, bookings, etc Overall a great place to which I would happily return to!

Detta är en härlig fastighet, belägen i ett lugnt läge, men ändå bara 5 minuters bilresa till ett par vackra byar där du kan hitta butiker och till och med en veckomarknad för bönder. Själva platsen hålls i orört skick. Rebbeca har gjort ett underbart jobb med att dekorera det i mycket god smak, med tydligt mycket tanke på det; överallt finns det små detaljer som gör det till en mycket mysig och bekväm vistelse. Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver, inklusive örter från trädgården! Rebecca är en fantastisk värd; lyhörd och hjälpsam med rekommendationer, bokningar etc. Sammantaget en fantastisk plats som jag gärna skulle återvända till!

We spent 3 weeks in Beaumes-de-Venise

We spent 3 weeks in Beaumes-de-Venise, this was our second visit and everything was perfect. The staff at Provence Holidays ensured that all went smoothly. The booking system, payments and insurance are very professional and easy to use. The villa has everything that you could need, including air conditioning and a beautiful pool and garden area.

Beautiful property, excellent service

The property we selected and stayed at was beautiful—it was decorated stylishly and equipped comfortably. Perhaps more importantly, all the communication and service we experienced from Provence Holidays was excellent. No question was left unanswered and we felt totally prepared to be good guests at the property and enjoy the surrounding areas to the fullest.

The villa was everything we wished it to be... Villan var precis så som vi hade hoppats...

What a magnificent Chateau…..better than the pictures could portray Vilket magnifikt slott… bättre än vad bilderna kan förmedla

In a peaceful quiet and truly magic setting in heart of Provence vineyards. Could not recommend this Chateau highly enough. From the wonderful bedrooms to the gardens and the fabulous swimming pool. The caretaker was a wonderful ‘host’ and keeper of the Chateau. Will definitely be back

I en fridfull, lugn och verkligen magisk miljö mitt i Provence’ vinodlingar. Jag kan inte rekommendera detta slott nog. Från de underbara sovrummen till trädgårdarna och den fantastiska poolen. Vaktmästaren var en underbar ”värd” och slottets förvaltare. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Exceeded Our Expectations! Överträffade våra förväntningar!

The Mazet was the perfect house for our family. Three generations stayed at this beautifully appointed house. My husband and I are the grandparents, our two daughters came with their husbands, and between them, three children ages four, nearly two and six months. Our concierge was extremely helpful and communicated promptly and professionally to accommodate our many needs. She made sure we had the proper cribs for the baby and the two year-old, and even a portable youth mattress for the four-year-old. The four en suite bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable, air-conditioned, and each had their own bathrooms. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The proximity to town allowed us to walk every day into the lovely village of Saint Remy. As an added bonus, the van Gogh hospital was literally beside our house and the ancient ruins of Glanum were a 10 minute walk.  Alexandra, at my request, stocked the refrigerator with food and beverage ( at our expense) that we needed for the first few days to get us started. This vacation will be a memory of a lifetime! Provence Holidays were wonderful to work with. At our request, they arranged a private chef to create an incredible dinner for us one evening. They also helped arrange a qualified babysitter so that we could enjoy a family wedding during our visit.

Mazet var det perfekta huset för vår familj. Tre generationer bodde i detta vackert inredda hus. Min man och jag är morföräldrarna, våra två döttrar kom med sina män, och tillsammans hade de tre barn i åldrarna fyra år, nästan två år och sex månader. Vår concierge var oerhört hjälpsam och kommunicerade snabbt och professionellt för att tillgodose våra många behov. Hon såg till att vi hade lämpliga spjälsängar för bebisen och tvååringen, och till och med en bärbar barnmadrass för fyraåringen. De fyra sovrummen med egna badrum var underbart bekväma, luftkonditionerade och hade alla egna badrum. Huset var utrustat med allt vi behövde. Närheten till staden gjorde att vi kunde promenera varje dag till den charmiga byn Saint-Rémy. Som en extra bonus låg Van Gogh-sjukhuset bokstavligen precis intill vårt hus och de antika ruinerna i Glanum låg 10 minuters promenad bort.  Alexandra fyllde, på min begäran, kylskåpet med mat och dryck (på vår bekostnad) som vi behövde de första dagarna för att komma igång. Den här semestern kommer att bli ett minne för livet! Det var underbart att samarbeta med Provence Holidays. På vår begäran ordnade de en privat kock som lagade en fantastisk middag åt oss en kväll. De hjälpte också till att ordna en kvalificerad barnvakt så att vi kunde njuta av ett familjebröllop under vår vistelse.

Stunning house and location

Amazingly wonderful setting with views of Luberon hills in every direction and Bonnieux easily reached on locally rented E bikes. House itself was very beautiful and well equipped with lovely terraces to sit out on in the evenings in particular. Two bedrooms in separate studios which would be great for teenagers or friends sharing. Fantastic salt water pool for getting in proper swims. Bonnieux both practical - grocers / market and bike hire - and beautiful but not a tourist trap as other villages can be. Really felt like our own private hidden hamlet in the midst of olive groves and lavender fields. There are lots of very quiet roads for cycling between villages and further into the mountains. Help from our concierge invaluable. We would definitely return.

The home is amazing. We felt the warmth and have loved our week vacation staying here with our extended family. Lots of food, wine, sun, pool : fun everyday and still so much to discover.

Hemmet är fantastiskt. Vi kände värmen och har älskat vår veckas semester här med vår utökade familj. Massor av mat, vin, sol, pool: roligt varje dag och fortfarande så mycket att upptäcka.

A perfect setting

From the initial enquiry through to the end of our stay, Provence Holidays dealt with all my many questions patiently and helpfully. The house was perfect, exactly as I’d hoped it would be - exquisite location and views, excellent-sized and carefully maintained pool, generously and characterfully equipped kitchen. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for our first week with children and grandchildren; when all eight bedrooms were filled with adult friends the second week, the positioning of bathrooms was not perfect, though good enough. The owners, whom we met at the start of our stay, could not have been kinder or more friendly: it is clearly their much loved family house. All in all the fortnight was a glorious success (even though the weather did not quite play ball…).

Great Service in St. Remy

The company was very responsive anytime I emailed. They gave me recommendations when I asked, and they arranged a chef to cook at the house when we arrived. The description and pictures of the house on their website was accurate.

Great location

Great house-well furnished, supplied and clean. Teny, the house manager was attentive and responsive. I would definitely rent a house through Provence Holidays again

Incredible House!

We had the most amazing week at this house - made our trip even more incredible as it was well maintained - comfortable - beautiful surroundings. truly out of a movie.

Absolutely charming house walking distance to town

Great communication! The property was just as depicted. The house is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The bed linens, the towels and pillows were all of great quality, The house is also very privately located and gated.The setting is lovely right on the river and there is a nice covered place to sit outside and dine alfresco. The fabulous town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is within walking distance, which is so nice because you don’t have to worry about parking. The town is absolutely darling and has great shopping! Many antique stores, gift shops, clothing stores, bread, wine, cheese etc… there are also many restaurants and cafés with lovely seating right on the river. Everything you could possibly need! The big market on Sunday is definitely worth going to! We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back❤️

Sehr schönes Haus mit ein paar negativen Dingen Mycket trevligt hus med några få negativa saker

Das Haus war in einem hochwertigen Zustand und schön und komplett eingerichtet. Allerdings waren wir etwas enttäuscht von der Pflege (bzw. Nicht-Pflege) des Gartens. Von den 4 Holzliegen waren 3 defekt und gebrochen. Die Gläser mussten wir erst einmal spülen bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Leider war aus der Beschreibung bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass das Haus ca. 50 m Luftlinie von einem sehr stark befahrenen Kreisverkehr entfernt liegt. Der Außenbereich war von 6 bis 19 Uhr von dauernden Verkehrsgeräuschen betroffen, insbesondere lauter LKW-Verkehr beeinträchtigte sehr stark den Garten und Poolbereich.

Huset var i högkvalitativt skick och vackert och komplett möblerat. Vi var dock lite besvikna över underhållet (eller bristen på underhåll) av trädgården. Av de 4 solstolarna i trä var 3 trasiga och defekta. Vi var tvungna att diska glasen innan vi kunde använda dem. Tyvärr framgick det inte av beskrivningen vid bokningstillfället att huset ligger ca 50 meter fågelvägen från en mycket trafikerad rondell. Utomhusområdet påverkades av konstant trafikbuller från 6 till 7, i synnerhet hög lastbilstrafik påverkade trädgården och poolområdet mycket.

All of my interactions with Provence Holidays were positive. The house was as advertised, the agents were professional and helpful, and we were so pleased with the whole experience.

The wonderful team at Provence Holidays have made the process of choosing a destination and planning the logistics and itinerary for our holiday near Saint Remy a great pleasure. They are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, professional, responsive, and friendly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a special getaway.

Amazing villa En fantastisk villa

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable fortnight in this amazing villa in June 2024. The location is breathtaking with open views over the Vaucluse and olive groves. These can be enjoyed from the very pleasant pool as well. Accommodation is stylish, luxurious up to date and very well equipped;we loved the decor in the bedrooms. The pétanque pitch gave us the opportunity for a bit of fun and rivalry in the evenings. A warm welcome awaited us from the owner who was very helpful at all times and who is very concerned that her holiday tenants enjoy themselves and have a great experience. We would happily stay here again. ( 5 stars)

Vi tillbringade två riktigt trevliga veckor i denna fantastiska villa i juni 2024. Läget är hisnande vackert med vidsträckt utsikt över Vaucluse och olivlundarna. Utsikten kan man även njuta av från den mycket trevliga poolen. Boendet är stilfullt, lyxigt, modernt och mycket välutrustat; vi älskade inredningen i sovrummen. Pétanquebanan gav oss möjlighet till lite skoj och tävling på kvällarna. Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av ägaren, som alltid var till stor hjälp och som verkligen bryr sig om att hennes gäster ska trivas och få en fantastisk upplevelse. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen.
