Both the house and the grounds are great. When we arrived we were very kindly welcomed by the concierge for the house. The house was meticulously cleaned, which was highly appreciated by my wife ;-). The swimming pool with the beds is well located in the garden, with privacy but also partly in view, which is good when travelling with children. The swimming pool is not heated and I would recommend that heating would be included standard. We travelled mid May and the water temperature was only for the brave. We know the Luberon region quite well but whenever we go there we enjoy the well-known, but we also always manage to find something new. Nothing spectacular but always interesting. A special mention for the fact that there is a five star hotel with two restaurants (one with 1 Michelin star) quite nearby, without any noise or anything else to bother you. Only an easy 3 minute walk so we enjoyed an easy but good lunch there twice. For us this was definitely a bonus. To indicate how much we appreciated our stay I can tell you that we have booked another week next year right away. Finally, we are very appreciative of the good service from Provence Holidays. Clear, timely and concise communication. .../... We are very happy with the service and the fact that the painted picture of the residence and the garden in the descriptions were spot on.
Tanto a casa como o terreno são óptimos. Quando chegámos, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Valérie, a porteira da casa. A casa estava meticulosamente limpa, o que foi muito apreciado pela minha mulher ;-). A piscina com as camas está bem localizada no jardim, com privacidade mas também parcialmente à vista, o que é bom quando se viaja com crianças. A piscina não é aquecida e eu recomendaria que o aquecimento fosse incluído de série. Viajámos em meados de maio e a temperatura da água era apenas para os corajosos. Conhecemos bem a região de Luberon, mas sempre que lá vamos gostamos do conhecido, mas também conseguimos sempre encontrar algo novo. Nada de espetacular, mas sempre interessante. Uma menção especial para o facto de haver um hotel de cinco estrelas com dois restaurantes (um com 1 estrela Michelin) muito perto, sem qualquer ruído ou qualquer outra coisa que nos incomode. A apenas 3 minutos a pé, desfrutámos duas vezes de um almoço fácil mas bom. Para nós, isto foi definitivamente um bónus. Para indicar o quanto apreciámos a nossa estadia, posso dizer-vos que reservámos imediatamente outra semana para o próximo ano. Por fim, apreciámos muito o bom serviço da Provence Holidays. Comunicação clara, atempada e concisa. .../... Estamos muito satisfeitos com o serviço e com o facto de o quadro pintado da residência e do jardim nas descrições ser exato.
