Truly a gem Echt een juweeltje

We have returned home from two weeks in magical Provence and I felt I had to tell you that the property was a large part of that. The house is truly a gem. The attention to detail in the renovation of such an amazing home was just perfect. I am a plein air artist, and I found so many places to paint outside. Visiting the asylum and seeing the Van Gogh books filled with paintings including the house was so special. We are back in our home in Nashville, Tennessee, and dreaming of returning to Provence at some point in the future! I hope we can visit this amazing property again!

We zijn weer thuis na twee weken in de betoverende Provence en ik vond dat ik jullie moest vertellen dat ons verblijf in Mazet St. Paul daar een groot aandeel in had. Jullie huis is echt een juweeltje. De aandacht voor detail bij de renovatie van zo’n prachtig huis was gewoon perfect. Ik ben een plein-airkunstenaar en ik heb zoveel plekken gevonden om buiten te schilderen. Het bezoek aan het gesticht en het zien van de Van Gogh-boeken vol schilderijen, waaronder die van het huis, was zo bijzonder. We zijn weer terug in ons huis in Nashville, Tennessee, en dromen ervan om op een dag terug te keren naar de Provence! Ik hoop dat we Mazet St. Paul nog eens kunnen bezoeken!

Perfect in every way

Our three generation birthday week in this bucolic oasis was perfect in every way. The house was quiet, comfortable, well-stocked, and provided plenty of space for three couples & three kids under 4. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the lovely pool and the multiple dining & gathering spaces. The location was convenient for exploring nearby towns (highly recommend having a car!) and St Remy is close by, but a longer walk than we expected. Provence Holidays was very helpful in planning our week and was easy to reach before & during our trip. They had resources for a chef, electric bikes, and restaurants, as well as suggestions for destinations to visit. We loved our time there and the end of the week came way too fast!
