Magnifique endroit dans le Gard provencal, avec jardin et piscine très agréables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux du gardien et qui plus est, est très discret! La maison était telle que dans le descriptif et l'environnement vraiment magnifique. Endroit très calme!

Un seul mot : revenir.....

Wonderful August Week

A generously appointed and well-decorated, traditional Provençale house; easy to find and close to the heart of Pernes. Parking is simple: reserved space right outside. (We had two cars and it was never a problem.) Comfortable beds, gorgeous linen and sumptuous towels are provided along with all (high quality) household necessities and many luxuries, too. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is larger than I expected and is perfectly placed in a charming, mature garden. There is a supermarket within 15 minute walk and just down the road is the mediaeval gate of the walled town, with friendly café, restaurants, boulangerie and bar. The cottage is also well placed for outings to many adjacent market towns and countryside. We visited the antiques market at nearby Isle sur la Sorgue and had day-trips into the Camargue and up Mont Ventoux. This is a lovely place to stay in a fascinating part of the world. The friendly landlord deserves to do well with this venture; he is informative, helpful and generous.

Charming villa to enjoy with friends

This villa is located within a short car journey to Avigon and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse .There are a few bars,restaurants, supermarkets in the village. The bakery is nearby and a Café and nice restaurant just around the corner. Simon was perfect host, polite, engaging, friendly, helpful and informative. The villa itself is lovely. Loads of space. Absolutely everything you need include lots fresh lemons, oranges, a wide ranges of herbs, bbq equipments etc. The villa is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Rooms are gorgeously decorated. We had a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Logement très agréable pour un couple. Endroit calme. Bonne situation géographique permettant de rayonner aux alentours et d'effectuer des visites touristiques nombreuses et variées. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires, très attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires.

une très belle maison spacieuse, toute rénovée, très bien équipée, super propre et comfortable, acceuil très chaleureux, une maison rénovée avec le coeur et du bon goût, à recommander sans hésiter !!!

Très belle maison, très agréable avec le patio intérieur à la maison. Magnifique piscine et jardin gigantesque. Pool house agréable. Hautes prestations. La ville et commerce très proches. Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes et superbes.

Endroit retiré et très calme, mais près de tous les endroits à visiter (Avignon,pont du Gard, Nîmes, Arles, Vaison la Romaine, Montélimar...., pas si loin de la mer, Studio tout confort, climatisation jacuzzi et piscine fortement appréciées en ses grosses chaleurs!!! Accueil très sympa des propriétaires qui ont été très serviables et savent rester très discrets. Escapade à refaire sans hésiter pour continuer à visiter tous ces endroits chargés d'histoire.

Imagine the most charming house in pristine condition in the middle of a quaint French village. And now add a most generous and helpful host, who thinks of every little detail to make your stay a wonderful one. This sums up what will expect you in "Maison Louise". Our family of four (two kids, 14 and 10) absolutely loved this place! The kitchen is every cook's dream with just about every gadget one can think of. You'll also find every spice and herb you've ever heard of - and probably some you haven't. :-) The ambience is simply wonderful. The garden is absolutely gorgeous - by day and by night! The sun loungers are so comfy, you wouldn't want to get up ever again - was it not to cool off in the lovely pool! Simon, the owner, put so much attention to detail - there was nothing missing. There were even fresh flowers and wine to greet us upon arrival. We felt welcome from the second we got into the house! He also put together lots of useful information about the area, restaurants, markets, etc. Pernes les Fontaines is a charming village with some lovely restaurants. The location of the house is perfect! You can walk everywhere. Right next to the house is a bar with the most amazing selection of (mainly) Belgian beers, which we enjoyed a lot! It became our end-of-the-day routine to go to Jan's for a nice cool brew. This place is a great base to discover the Provence. Avignon, L'Isle sur la Sorgue (on Sundays, there is a fantastic market) and Roussillon are a must. The amphitheatre in Orange is also highly recommendable - superbly done audio guide. The market in Carpentras on Friday mornings is pretty good, too. Gordes, Abbaye de Senanque, the list goes on and on.... Bottomline, we loved the house and the location and couldn't have hoped for a better host! We highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys being in a village and loves exploring its surroundings.

Simplement parfait! C'est la deuxième fois que nous louions cette maison, cela signifie que cela nous avait bien plu la première fois!

belle location de village en mitoyenneté certes, mais garantissant une totale intimité. Authentique, meublée et décorée avec goût et sobriété.

Een top vakantie gehad! Vooral omdat men veel slechte ervaringen leest online over internet reserveringen te doen. Het huis was af! Beter als op de foto's met alles erop en eraan. Heel centraal gelegen zodat men veel uitstappen naar mooie locaties kon doen.
