Exceptional stay in an exceptional villa!!! Very accommodating and available owners. The air conditioning in all rooms of the house is extremely comfortable. Everything is new and beautiful. The kitchen lacks nothing (dishes, utensils, etc.) The outdoor kitchen is a real joy! Everything is extremely well thought out in this villa: it is pretty, pragmatic, efficient and comfortable. Nothing to say, we were won over. Superb family vacation that we will repeat!! We recommend with your eyes closed.

Overall, a very good experience

After a hiccup with the availability of the first property we tried to book, followed by modest challenge with the start date for the rental of the second property, we would agree that other arrangements were good. Finding the property was also a challenge (it was not located on a named street). The caretaker was very helpful in helping us to find the property. He also dealt with a blocked shower waste very quickly and satisfactorily. The cleaner was very efficient, the accommodation clean and suited our needs. I think it is worth pointing out that the small Irrigation channel running from the canal would be a risk for families with very young children. This was not pointed out in the literature but did not affect us specifically as we had a 6 and an 8 year old with us. The pool was beautifully maintained and enjoyed by us all. We would definitely use Provence Holidays the next time we choose to visit Provence.

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Blanche.

It was a very well equipped and beautiful home. Everything was comfortable and it had an amazing pool and garden. Thomas and Carlos were great at communicating with us and their housekeeper Maria was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful 2 week stay at La Bastide Neuve near Cereste

We are writing to say that we just had the most wonderful 2 week stay at La Bastide Neuve near Cereste. We were a group of 2 families with friends, so 11 in total at our largest number. The house easily accommodated us and there was so much to do. The swimming pool has to be one of the largest and best pools we have ever seen in a private house. It was the perfect temperature. The tennis court was really great to have and the games rooms and the pool table provided endless opportunities for family competitions. We went at the hottest time of the year, so spent most of our time outside. The area under the large oak tree provided a perfect place to have our pre-meal drinks. We would recommend this house to anyone. Perfect for exploring the eastern Luberon which is very lush and less touristy.

Perfect house and very responsive host. Everything we wanted to have fixed or else was addressed immediately. Communication is easy and everything was well organized.

The house was lovely

The house was lovely, very comfortable for a family group of 10 with an age range of 9 to 80. Well decorated, and well appointed, with air conditioning in all bedrooms apart from one small one, lovely pool and garden, games room, lots of terraces and shady or sunny spots to rest, eat and talk, very quiet and secluded. A short drive into St Remy (or a rather long walk in the heat of the summer), we would definitely rent it again. Only downsides - one small bedroom with no air-con (there are fans), the access road is long and quite rough/potholed in places, it was so hot we didn’t use the tennis court!…so no significant negatives…and we even had an unexpected but very welcome guest join us on a couple of evenings when the neighbour’s friendly brown Labrador (Manolo) popped in on his evening walk!

Good experience which exceeded our expectations

Good experience. Website was clear and transparant about the property. After the initial booking they reached out to confirm and assist with completing the payment. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly staff member that showed us around. Information provided in advance was complete and very useful. Overall a good experience, which met our expectations.

Le parcours de Provence holidays est totalement dématérialisé ce qui apporte gain de temps, rapidité et sécurité dans les flux. La présentation de l'offre correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Dès le portail passé de La maison "le mas des 2 mûriers" , on a obligatoirement le sourire comme celui des propriétaires. Nous avons profité pleinement des espaces extérieurs: le pool house, la piscine (exceptionnelle), le jeu de pétanque, la terrasse couverte, le grand terrain, nous avons même goûté au raisin sur place! Il ne manque rien dans la maison, bien équipée et agencée....Magnifique Le bon endroit pour passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis , tout est agréable, un petit bonheur. Provence Holidays

We have used Provence Holidays for several years and would never use anyone else now. They are not the cheapest but their properties are of the highest grade, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are quick to respond to any enquiry and quite simply they are the best company to use if you wish to holiday in Provence.

Service works excellent.

They should have a more careful look whether the houses are adequately equiped. We booked with them before but the equipment of the house we booked this time was a little too low budget. Would expect that an agency has a look before they take a house on the list.

We had an absolutely splendid time. The villa is nestled in a wonderful, quiet area that offers a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The tranquility of the location allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy our vacation. Rebecca was a fabulous host throughout our stay. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful pool. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the serene surroundings. In terms of location, the villa is perfectly situated. There are numerous markets and charming cities to explore within a 20-minute to 1-hour radius. Each day, we ventured out and discovered new, picturesque places. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
