Perfection Perfezione

This home is even more wonderful than the pictures!! It is truly a home that is loved by it's owners. Everyone in our family wanted to stay forever. We researched the ways in which one can stay in France! Every day the children asked -- are we going back to our wonderful home? Goult is a gem! It has wonderful restaurants ( make reservations) and is very close to many ' Beau Villages'. We had the consierge service with Provence Holidays and it was a life saver as we had not made reservations anywhere. They made wonderful reservations in all of the beautiful villages near by and arranged for a chef to cook a meal at the house. This is a wonderful home with such beautiful gardens and a bouche court where one can drink wine, play and watch the sun set, close to everything you could possible want to see in Provence!!

Questa casa è ancora più meravigliosa delle foto!!! È veramente una casa amata dai suoi proprietari. Tutti nella nostra famiglia volevano rimanere per sempre. Abbiamo fatto ricerche sui modi in cui si può soggiornare in Francia! Ogni giorno i bambini ci chiedevano: "Torneremo nella nostra casa meravigliosa? Goult è un gioiello! Ha ristoranti meravigliosi (prenotate) ed è molto vicina a molti 'Beau Villages'. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di consierge con Provence Holidays e ci ha salvato la vita, visto che non avevamo prenotato da nessuna parte. Hanno fatto delle prenotazioni meravigliose in tutti i bellissimi villaggi vicini e hanno organizzato uno chef per cucinare un pasto in casa. Questa è una casa meravigliosa con dei bellissimi giardini e un campo da bouche dove si può bere vino, giocare e guardare il tramonto, vicino a tutto ciò che si può desiderare di vedere in Provenza!!!

Well proportioned family villa and pool was ideal for our two week break. Facilities were good and service levels also. The property is well maintained but the furniture and contents are perhaps a typical 'antique v IKEA' scene. It all works and for a family group it's ideal. Rooms are large and the ones with aircon we're comfortable.

Beautiful property in the heart of Provence

This property is incredibly, the pictures don't do it justice. The location is ideal, very quiet but near all the beautiful Provence villages. Our host, Anne, was a delight and incredibly helpful. We would be thrilled to go again.

Delightful with your very own olive grove

Such a pretty home, recently renovated with great facilities. Cleaning service is not included which was a little surprising, but not a problem. Our only suggestion would be to improve the experience even more is for a soft seating area to be created outside, that would make it perfect!

Relaxing, peaceful haven yet close proximity to St. Rémy

We have just spent a glorious three weeks at this beautiful property . The house is large and confortable and has been thoughtfully renovated. The gorgeous private garden and the fabulous large pool made it really special. It felt like we were in a quiet haven in the middle of the countryside while in fact we were only a few minutes from the beautiful village of St. Rémy. A perfect base to tour all the lovely villages of Provence with a huge choice of restaurants within a short distance. We hope to return to Mas des Cèdres one day.

Nice, spacious & well equipped villa, full of character & lovely outdoor areas

What's not to like about a converted oil mill villa oozing aged character - but superbly well equipped - in Provence? This place is top spec inside & out. Nice & quiet & tucked away down lanes safe to cycle & walk. Pros: We loved the outdoor areas & seating, the floodlit boules court, heated pool, extensively equipped kitchen and the stylish bedrooms. If you are into wildlife, we counted 15 butterfly species around the pool, numerous species of bee/wasp and lots of birds inc turtle doves, hoopoe plus eagles & harriers overhead. I even saw a golden oriole up the road fro the villa. Cons: steep steps up to beds in bedrooms, no AC. even fans in bedrooms would have been a relief Host Jeremie sent someone to fix a fused circuit to the Boules court lighting on the day we reported it and sorted a power cut after a massive electrical thunderstorm within a couple of hours. He was mortified at the problems; we were just mightily impressed things were sorted so quickly and without fuss. He even left a bottle of his vineyards red in compensation.PH staff answered all my questions promptly pre- booking & pre-visit. Quiet and off the road - though the villa/ large house opposite had a loud party on the first night till past 4AM!

lovely villa with charming hosts

Lovely Villa with a beautiful garden and great pool. Aircon in the bedrooms worked very well during the Canicule! Furnished to a high level with a very well equipped kitchen. All went very smoothly and interaction with the hosts was great!

More magical than we could ever have dreamt

Where do I even begin? After waiting 2 years to finally be able to go on our holiday due to covid 19 restrictions in the UK and France, we were extremely excited to be able to stay at Villa Blanche. From the moment we arrived we were absolutely blown away at the stunning views provided by the location. Once we stepped onto the property the beauty of the location continued into the gardens and the house itself. The wrap around garden is filled with beautiful flowers and large lavender bushes which frame the beautiful villa. The villa itself boats beautiful high ceilings and stunning decor throughout. It feels very grand and luxurious, whilst at the same time feeling like one could have lived there for years. The attention to detail made for a seamless experience. The kitchen had everything even a professional chef would need, which meant we were able to cook beautiful meals with the plump seasonal produce from the region. The magic of the villa begins when you step through the french doors onto the terrace. Immediately your eye is drawn to the sea and you are reminded of the beauty of provence and you get a sense to how high up you are. The garden and outside space is absolutely stunning. The pool is the only place you'll want to be aside from sunbathing in any of the loungers. They are tactically placed so no matter the time of day you can always catch the best of the sun. The terrace has a big table and chairs sat in front of a fabulous barbecue so you can cook and entertain yourselves outside whilst enjoying the stunning views of the garden and sea beyond. You must take a walk through the garden on your own in the evening to really take it all in. The beauty of this villa will stay with me. We actually got engaged here whilst on holiday with our son, so for us it holds extra special significance. Upon meeting the owners, (who were extremely accommodating and let us check in early) you could see how much they love the property and it is no wonder why. It is even more beautiful than the photos do justice.

Superb property perfect for a family holiday

Superb property and on the edge of beautiful Sainte Cecile Les Vignes, and perfect location for a family holiday. The home is very spacious and comfortable, amazingly gardens, pool area, and lots of different areas to escape to. Having the giant of Provence Mont Ventoux looking over you is magical, and if you want to challenge yourself and cycle up the beast, you are well located to Bedouin to take it on. Highly recommend, as described, well equipped, and nice friendly host.

Wonderful vacation

Wir haben Ende Juni/Anfang Juli 9 Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir, 4 Pärchen hatten einen wahnsinnig tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und die Lage ist einzigartig. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni in questa splendida casa alla fine di giugno/inizio luglio. Noi, 4 coppie, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno pazzesco in questa bellissima casa. La casa offre ogni comfort e la posizione è unica. Possiamo raccomandarla al 100%!

Bastide des Chênes is a spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped house in extensive grounds which include a beautiful pool and spectacular views over the valley. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all completed to a high specification. The photos advertising the house do not do it justice, it really has to be seen to appreciate the quality. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Francois, who was also always available via phone to deal with any questions. When we were there in late June/early July we were enthralled by the extensive variety of butterflies on the lavender and birdsong from the surrounding woodland. The house is rurally situated so there is no shop within short walking distance but the small shop at Murs is only a short drive from the house. This was one of the best of many places in Provence that we have stayed at over the years.

La Bastide des Chênes è una casa spaziosa, estremamente confortevole e ben attrezzata, situata in un ampio terreno che comprende una bella piscina e una vista spettacolare sulla valle. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono tutti completati in modo eccellente. Le foto che pubblicizzano la casa non le rendono giustizia, bisogna davvero vederla per apprezzarne la qualità. All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di Francois, che è sempre stato disponibile per telefono per qualsiasi domanda. Quando siamo stati lì a fine giugno/inizio luglio siamo rimasti incantati dalla grande varietà di farfalle sulla lavanda e dal canto degli uccelli del bosco circostante. La casa è situata in una zona rurale, quindi non c'è un negozio a breve distanza a piedi, ma il piccolo negozio di Murs è a breve distanza dalla casa. Questo è stato uno dei migliori posti in Provenza in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel corso degli anni.

Everything we hoped for and more Tutto quello che speravamo e anche di più

This is an absolute gem of a villa. We were two families with 3 kids between us and our stay was perfection. The setting is gorgeous, so tranquil and beautifully manicured. The grounds are larger than the photos appear. The house has everything you need, beds are great, pool was well maintained and a lovely temperature. Plenty of sun loungers. We loved using the grill/bbq and eating al fresco nearly each day. It's an easy walk into town (10-15 mins) and the village is so quaint. Highly recommend the market on Tuesdays. We loved the boulangerie and the sweet owner who helped us with our french! The local wine farms are also beautiful and incredibly affordable. We highly highly recommend this property. Service from Provence holidays was excellent too.

Questo è un gioiello assoluto di una villa. Eravamo due famiglie con 3 bambini e il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'ambiente è splendido, così tranquillo e ben curato. Il terreno è più grande di quanto non sembri dalle foto. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve, i letti sono fantastici, la piscina era ben tenuta e ad una temperatura piacevole. Un sacco di sedie a sdraio. Ci è piaciuto molto usare la griglia/bbq e mangiare all'aperto quasi ogni giorno. La città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (10-15 minuti) e il villaggio è così caratteristico. Raccomandiamo vivamente il mercato del martedì. Ci è piaciuta molto la boulangerie e la dolce proprietaria che ci ha aiutato con il francese! Anche le aziende vinicole locali sono bellissime e incredibilmente convenienti. Raccomandiamo vivamente questa proprietà. Anche il servizio di Provence holidays è stato eccellente.

Comfortable, well-equipped villa

We found this perfect for our family. Very comfortable, well-equipped villa, in a perfect location, surrounded by olive fields and 10 minute walk to Mausanne. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was that the parasols were broken, and there was not very much shade by the pool.

Heaven on Earth

We just came back from an amazing family vacation in Provence. The villa Le Mas des Cypres was soooo beautiful. When we first drove up to the villa though the long cypress tree line driveway, it was overwhelmingly beautiful. Pool and the outdoor seating were amazing!! Everything about this villa was tastefully done. Location was excellent to visit all of small villages and cities. We have stay at many different villas in the past, but this was the best and made our family time a memorable one. Truly a haven on earth.. We hope to return next year.

Great House, amazing views Grande casa, vista incredibile

This house has the real wow factor, a gorgeous setting with fantastic views and well proportioned rooms decorated tastefully. I’d certainly book the house again.

Over and above expectations

This is a magnificent holiday home in beautiful Provence. The house is spacious, cool, clean and very homely with wonderful gardens and pool. At 35c most days the pool was welcoming and refreshing. Our family had an amazing 2 weeks here in June/July. Very interesting area, lots to see and visit. St Remy de Provence which is only 20 mins walk from Chez Vincent, has lots of nice restaurants and shops. Carol was always helpful and available. This was a wow holiday for our family.
