Special villa in a glorious setting

We loved every minute of our holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is wonderfully situated with stunning views and brilliant outdoor areas including the pool. Sympathetically restored to provide every modern convenience whilst retaining its character. Lovely clean rooms with comfy beds. Nice and cool in the house despite high summer temperatures. We particularly loved the pool table room - a great way to have fun out of the heat.

Formidable!

Thank you so much for letting us borrow this little corner of paradise for a week. The history, setting, gardens and position of this beautiful French house is just perfect. We arrived a week ago after a busy time traveling Northern Spain so have taken the opportunity to just relax and enjoy the house pool, sound of crickets, smells of lavender and thyme to just ultimately relax. We will be back for sure. Au revoir!

Très belle maison !!! Jardin, terrasses et piscine magnifiques! Grand salon et cuisine très bien équipée. Maison très fonctionnelle, idéale pour une famille. Seul bémol, peut-être la proximité des chambres si on y va entre amis… Et situation géographique idéale pour découvrir la région. Je recommande vivement !!!

Bellissima casa!!! Magnifico giardino, terrazze e piscina! Ampio soggiorno e cucina molto ben attrezzata. Casa molto funzionale, ideale per una famiglia. Unico neo, forse la vicinanza delle camere da letto se si va con gli amici ... Posizione ideale per scoprire la regione. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Heel mooi, proper! Molto bello, pulito!

Heel mooi, proper huis. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Heel fijn onthaal, steeds goed te woord gestaan bij vragen. We hadden een hele fijne reis met onze 2 kinderen (3 jaar en 1 jaar). De bbq aan het zwembad was heel leuk, ook de muziekvoorzieningen waren een meerwaarde. Het was tip top in orde!

Casa molto bella e pulita. Tutti i servizi erano presenti. Accoglienza molto gentile, sempre molto disponibile per le domande. Abbiamo fatto un viaggio molto bello con i nostri 2 bambini (3 anni e 1 anno). Il barbecue a bordo piscina è stato molto bello, anche le strutture musicali sono state un valore aggiunto. Era tutto in ordine!

Wonderful stay in modern, comfortable property

We spent a week in the property and could have easily used another. The physical space is magnificent, with high-end finishes and thoughtful details throughout. The bedrooms are more private, comfortable (and importantly, cool) than many others we have encountered. The location has immediately accessible grocery, bakery and a restaurant within seconds walking time. The location also benefits greatly from being within 60 minutes of innumerable charming villages, with Avignon more than close enough to pop in for dinner then back 'home'. It's a special property that would suited our family very well.

Lovely house Mas des Amandes

The house is in a central location in the village with restaurants and shops within short walking distance. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated with all necessities provided for a pleasant stay. The pool is lovely and gated parking is a plus. It is useful to note that the third bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to its own little courtyard. The housekeeper was very helpful and responsive to questions.

La casa si trova in posizione centrale nel paese, con ristoranti e negozi raggiungibili a pochi minuti a piedi. È spaziosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La piscina è incantevole e il parcheggio recintato è un valore aggiunto. È utile sapere che la terza camera da letto si trova al piano terra e dispone di accesso diretto al proprio piccolo cortile. La governante è stata molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande.

Ultimate Bliss!

We have loved our week long stay in possibly the chicest house in France. The property is to beautiful and well equipped we spent most of our warm days by the pool, wandering into town for laid back dinners. As a group with four children we recommend - Bistro « Les Pieds dans l'Eau ». We took a day trip into Arles which is highly recommended. The St Rémy Wednesday market was also fantastic and worth an early start! Thank you Provence Holidays we'll be back.

We've had two unforgettable holidays at this stunning property near Seillans. The house itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, and ideal for both a family gathering or a group of friends. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious furnishings to the beautifully landscaped gardens. The outdoor spaces are the real highlight — a gorgeous pool set amidst lush greenery, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen ideal for long, leisurely meals, and plenty of seating areas to soak up the Provençal sun. There’s also no shortage of things to do at the house itself, with a ping pong table, a cinema room, and plenty of space to unwind. While the home feels private and secluded, it's also conveniently close to local supermarkets and restaurants, making it easy to stock up or head out for a meal. The location is also ideal for exploring the wider region — Seillans itself is a picturesque village, and you’re surrounded by some of the most beautiful hilltop villages and towns in the South of France. Whether you’re out exploring or staying in, this house offers the perfect base for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in a truly special part of the world. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return!

Abbiamo trascorso due vacanze indimenticabili in questa splendida proprietà vicino a Seillans. La casa è spaziosa, ben arredata e ideale sia per una riunione di famiglia che per un gruppo di amici. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato con cura, dall'arredamento di lusso ai giardini splendidamente curati. Gli spazi esterni sono il vero fiore all'occhiello: una splendida piscina immersa nel verde, una cucina all'aperto completamente attrezzata, ideale per i pasti più lunghi e piacevoli, e tante aree per sedersi e godersi il sole provenzale. Anche nella casa stessa non mancano le attività da fare, con un tavolo da ping pong, una sala cinema e tanto spazio per rilassarsi. Sebbene la casa si senta privata e appartata, è anche convenientemente vicina a supermercati e ristoranti locali, rendendo facile fare rifornimento o uscire per un pasto. La posizione è ideale anche per esplorare la regione: Seillans è un villaggio pittoresco ed è circondato da alcuni dei più bei villaggi e città collinari del Sud della Francia. Sia che siate in giro ad esplorare o che restiate a casa, questa casa offre la base perfetta per una fuga rilassante e lussuosa in una parte del mondo davvero speciale. Altamente raccomandato - non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you, we had a wonderful stay at your beautiful house and loved discovering this unspoilt and special place. Highlights for us: Lots of time in the pool Long lunches and dinners under the oak tree Local markets, especially Die Amazing bike ride over the hill to Montbrand and lovely valley Daring drive up to the ridge above Aspres - worth it for those with appropriate car! We hope to be back again soon

Absolutely beautiful French country house. Very beautiful interiors but the garden and pool are really the crown jewel. Lots of places to sit and relax. It may not be clear but there is a bedroom in the pool house which is a separate structure. Out teenage boys enjoyed having their own space out there. This is a great place for a big group. We had two families of 5.

We’ve just returned from the most amazing 2 weeks in Provence! The concierge was there to greet us and we also met the owners of the villa who are truly lovely. They were so helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. The Concierge was also always on hand via WhatsApp for any queries we had. We pre ordered some groceries which were waiting for us in the villa. The villa itself was beautiful, fresh and perfectly laid out. The whole house and outside areas were so impressive, flowed so well and suited us as a family to have pool time/chill time out of the sun. House impeccably finished. We absolutely loved it! Gordes is a very short drive away and plenty of cobbled streets to explore. Some lovely shops with pretty dresses, hats galore, salts and oils and lavender. Looked around the castle. Market day on Tuesdays. An absolutely brilliant holiday!

Siamo appena tornati da due settimane fantastiche in Provenza! Il concierge era lì ad accoglierci e abbiamo anche incontrato i proprietari della villa, che sono davvero adorabili. Ci hanno aiutato moltissimo con i loro consigli sulle cose da fare nella zona. Il concierge era inoltre sempre a disposizione su WhatsApp per qualsiasi nostra domanda. Avevamo ordinato in anticipo alcuni generi alimentari che ci aspettavano in villa. La villa era bellissima, fresca e disposta in modo perfetto. L’intera casa e gli spazi esterni erano davvero impressionanti, con una disposizione molto armoniosa, ideale per noi come famiglia per goderci la piscina e rilassarci al riparo dal sole. La casa era rifinita in modo impeccabile. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo! Gordes è a pochissimi minuti di auto e offre tantissime stradine acciottolate da esplorare. Ci sono negozi incantevoli con abiti graziosi, cappelli a volontà, sali, oli e lavanda. Abbiamo dato un’occhiata al castello. Il martedì è giorno di mercato. Una vacanza assolutamente fantastica!

Wow... Just: wow!!! Wow... Solo: wow!!!

Dit huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi... We kwamen hier om het vijftigjarige jubileum van mijn ouders te vieren en waren daardoor met een groep met leeftijden tussen 5 en 75 jaar oud. En we hebben allemaal enorm genoten!! We brachten onze dagen grotendeels in en rondom het zwembad door, de overdekte zijde - met chillbanken, grote tafel en buitenkeuken - maken dat perfect mogelijk. Met niet te vergeten een weergaloos uitzicht waar we geen genoeg van konden krijgen... Het zwembad was groot genoeg om alle kleinkinderen (tussen de 5 en 16 jaar oud) naar hartelust te laten plonsen en spelen. De kamers in het huisje bij het zwembad waren wel warm maar verder perfect voor alle kinders (de mooie slaapkamers in het hoofdhuis zonder airco toch goed te doen ondanks de hitte buiten!). De tennisbaan (s avonds verlicht!) is ook volop gebruikt. Echt, het was een topvakantie voor ons allemaal!

Questa casa è indescrivibilmente bella Siamo venuti qui per festeggiare il 50° anniversario dei miei genitori ed eravamo quindi con un gruppo di età compresa tra i 5 e i 75 anni. E ci siamo tutti divertiti immensamente!!! Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte delle nostre giornate dentro e intorno alla piscina, il cui lato coperto - con divani da brivido, grande tavolo e cucina all'aperto - lo rende perfettamente possibile. Per non parlare della vista impareggiabile di cui non potevamo fare a meno.... La piscina era abbastanza grande da permettere a tutti i nipoti (tra i 5 e i 16 anni) di sguazzare e giocare a loro piacimento. Le stanze del cottage vicino alla piscina erano calde ma perfette per tutti i bambini (le belle camere da letto della casa principale, senza aria condizionata, hanno funzionato bene nonostante il caldo esterno!) Anche il campo da tennis (illuminato di notte!) è stato utilizzato appieno. Davvero, è stata una vacanza al top per tutti noi!

We absolutely loved our week in Provence La settimana trascorsa da Chez Christelle ci è piaciuta tantissimo.

We were warmly greeted by the property owner and happily told to text her if we needed anything. We didn't need to. The house is a beautiful, spacious 18th Century treasure trove and is the real provençal dream. It's full of old furniture and art and has been in the family for generations. If you are looking for a fully modernised, shiny, soulless place, this isn't for you. But the kitchen is fully modernised and well equipped, the bathrooms are fine and the beds are comfortable. The gardens are enormous with a beautiful olive grove, great pool, enough seating for everyone and lots of fun to be had at the boulodrôme and playing table tennis. St Didier is a sweet village with two bakeries, bars and everything you need. One of the bakeries made us an unbelievable chocolate cake for a birthday. Provence Holidays and the owner were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you from us all. It was very special indeed. If you're looking for Quiet & Peace, this is your place.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla proprietaria, che ci ha gentilmente invitato a mandarle un messaggio se avessimo avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. La casa è un bellissimo e spazioso gioiello del XVIII secolo ed è il vero sogno provenzale. È ricca di mobili antichi e opere d’arte e appartiene alla famiglia da generazioni. Se cercate un posto completamente modernizzato, luccicante e privo di anima, questo non fa per voi. Ma la cucina è completamente modernizzata e ben attrezzata, i bagni vanno benissimo e i letti sono comodi. I giardini sono enormi, con un bellissimo uliveto, una splendida piscina, posti a sedere a sufficienza per tutti e tanto divertimento garantito al campo da bocce e giocando a ping-pong. St Didier è un grazioso paesino con due panetterie, bar e tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. Una delle panetterie ci ha preparato un'incredibile torta al cioccolato per un compleanno. È stato un vero piacere avere a che fare con Provence Holidays e con il proprietario. Grazie da parte di tutti noi. È stata davvero un'esperienza speciale. Se cercate tranquillità e pace, questo è il posto che fa per voi.

Very nice house with a lot of atmosphere

Very nice house with a lot of atmosphere, e.g. a 500 year old vaulted ceiling in the living room. The kitchen and dining area inside/outside are very successful, well equipped and make every day a lot of fun. The pool is gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. In the village everything is within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants and bars on the church square. There are small shops on the main street. The proximity to Les Baux is also great. In 5 minutes you are there and can enjoy a wonderful view at sunset.

Everything was excellent - the agency, our host on site, the accommodation, the village, the restaurants, the area. 100% recommend.

Lovely place

This villa is charming and well appointed. Although not all rooms are air-conditioned we were never too hot, as the mornings and evenings cooled off quickly and we were gone during the hottest parts of the day. The pictures and descriptions reflected exactly what we found upon arrival. A lovely place to use as a home base for exploring the french countryside and villages.

Paradise found! Il paradiso ritrovato!

We stayed for one week in this beautiful property: two families from Vancouver Canada and had the most relaxing and memorable stay. Warm winds, lazy days spent by the perfect pool, surrounded by gorgeous trees and gardens. The house was very well appointed with plenty of space for six travelers, excellent kitchen with all the modern amenities and extremely comfortable bedrooms. A special thank you to our house concierge who was so pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. We thoroughly enjoyed Saint Rémy and surrounding areas, on E-BIKES which we highly recommend as a fun day out, the Wednesday market and a private wine Tour of Château-Neuf-du-Pape. Plenty on offer for those that want to keep busy and a private and beautiful home for those that wish for lazy days lounging. This was the perfect holiday for our two families and we cannot wait to book again with Provence Holidays. Sincere thanks to all for a beautiful time in this most amazing property.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa splendida proprietà: due famiglie provenienti da Vancouver, in Canada, e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero rilassante e indimenticabile. Venti tiepidi, giornate tranquille trascorse a bordo di una piscina perfetta, circondati da alberi e giardini meravigliosi. La casa era arredata con grande cura, con ampio spazio per sei ospiti, una cucina eccellente dotata di tutti i comfort moderni e camere da letto estremamente confortevoli. Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro concierge, che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, facendo di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort e la nostra felicità. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo Saint-Rémy e i dintorni, soprattutto grazie alle e-bike che consigliamo vivamente per una divertente gita fuori porta, al mercato del mercoledì e a un tour enologico privato a Château-Neuf-du-Pape. C’è tantissimo da fare per chi vuole tenersi occupato e una casa privata e bellissima per chi desidera trascorrere giornate pigre all’insegna del relax. È stata la vacanza perfetta per le nostre due famiglie e non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo con Provence Holidays. Un sincero ringraziamento a tutti per il bellissimo soggiorno trascorso in questa proprietà davvero straordinaria.

A beautiful and welcoming villa

We spent a week here in these gentle surroundings with our extended family and would love to return. The pool is great, and the gardens are a perfect foil for the big house. Big comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. A lovely sense of privacy but close to adventures (canoeing's a plus!) and a range of walks and wineries.

We spent a wonderful week. The house is clean, well stocked with crockery and has high end appliances. The beds are comfortable, the showers lovely and the swimming pool is fantastic. Great outside spaces with wonderful gardens. A great base for visiting the region - we went as far as the Carmague and Orange without difficulty. A car is essential and given its on a hill some of the roads are narrow with tight bends. We wished we could stay !

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. La casa è pulita, ben fornita di stoviglie e dotata di elettrodomestici di alta gamma. I letti sono comodi, le docce sono fantastiche e la piscina è stupenda. Spazi esterni fantastici con giardini meravigliosi. Un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la regione: siamo arrivati fino alla Camargue e a Orange senza alcuna difficoltà. L’auto è indispensabile e, dato che si trova su una collina, alcune strade sono strette e presentano curve strette. Avremmo voluto poter rimanere più a lungo!
