Pourquoi ce village ?

The village of Maussane-les-Alpilles is primarily known throughout France as a centre of olive production, with no less than 40,000 olive trees to be found within its boundaries. Two ancient windmills (known as ‘moulins a huile’) can be found around the village, and these are still used today to make some of the highest quality olive oils available.
