Magnifique villa spacieuse autant en intérieur (pièces communes &chambres) qu’en extérieur (lieu à vivre autour de la piscine, salon de jardin, grande table extérieure pour déjeuner), tres bien équipée (notamment clim dans toutes les pièces) et extrêmement bien décorée d’œuvres d’art de très bon goût. L’hôte est très réactif et plein de bons conseils. Un bonheur !

Magnífica villa, espaciosa tanto por dentro (salas comunes y dormitorios) como por fuera (zona de estar alrededor de la piscina, muebles de jardín, gran mesa exterior para comer), muy bien equipada (incluido aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones) y extremadamente bien decorada con obras de arte de buen gusto. El anfitrión era muy sensible y lleno de buenos consejos. ¡Una delicia!

Beautiful Villa in a prime location

Chloe was an excellent host and the villa was beautifully presented. The area around the pool was lovely making it hard to drag ourselves away but the nearby villages including Remy de Provence are wonderful and we also enjoyed visiting Avignon and Arles which are close by. We also enjoyed being able to walk into the local village for bread and provisions aswell as the fantastic local restaurants ( Eidra and Auberge de Sommelier).

Un aménagement des lieux avec des finitions de très belles qualités que l'on ne rencontre généralement pas dans les locations. Cette propriété profite d'une vue exceptionnelle. La villa est un très bel équilibre entre une construction traditionnelle de la région et une villa moderne qui profite notamment de belle baies vitrées. Le confort est omniprésent. L'emplacement est idéal, proche d'une épicerie à Viens 5 min., suffisamment proche d'Apt pour les courses 15 min plus importantes. De nombreuses activités/restaurants/visites dans la région. Merci pour ces bons moments !

La propiedad ha sido equipada a un nivel muy alto, con acabados que no suelen encontrarse en las propiedades de alquiler. Esta propiedad goza de unas vistas excepcionales. La villa logra un delicado equilibrio entre una construcción tradicional de la región y una villa moderna con hermosos ventanales. La comodidad está en todas partes. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de una tienda de comestibles en Viens 5 min, lo suficientemente cerca de Apt para ir de compras 15 min más importante. Muchas actividades / restaurantes / visitas en la región. ¡Gracias por un gran tiempo!

It is even more lovely than in the photos

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It is even more lovely than in the photos - and the photos are gorgeous. They have thought of every luxury, large and small. The home is appointed beautifully, in every detail. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked perfectly. Their welcome baskets were so gracious. Plus, it is just a very short walk to the center of town so I cannot imagine more convenience. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again and again!

La plus belle villa avec une vue incroyable sur Sainte Maxime ! Nous sommes restés une semaine et ne voulions pas partir ! Emma a un grand style et la villa est très bien aménagée. Nous avons adoré la piscine et l'espace repas extérieur. Beaucoup d'espace pour une grande famille. Les couchers de soleil étaient spectaculaires chaque soir. Nous nous rendions chaque jour dans différentes villes en voiture car nous voulions voir la Riviera. Bel emplacement central dans différentes villes. Merci Emma et Coralie !

¡La villa más hermosa con una vista increíble de Sainte Maxime! ¡Nos alojamos por una semana y no quería salir! Emma tiene un gran estilo y la villa está muy bien equipada. Nos encantó la piscina y zona de comedor al aire libre. Un montón de espacio para una familia grande. Las puestas de sol eran espectaculares cada noche. Fuimos en coche a diferentes ciudades cada día, ya que queríamos ver la Riviera. Buena ubicación central en diferentes ciudades. ¡Gracias Emma y Coralie!

fantastic being able to walk in to town

Lovely property. Great location. We really appreciated being able to walk to restaurants. Kitchen very well stocked. We were a bit disappointed that only six loungers were provided when the house is being rented for eight people. The loungers were also not very comfortable. Karen, the manager, was very welcoming and provided very helpful information.

Belle villa fonctionnelle et de plus bien adaptée aux enfants. Belle réactivité des propriétaires en cas de demande spécifique. Seul inconvénient: premiers commerces un peu loin, d'où nécessité de tout bien programmer....

Hermosa y funcional villa que también es amigable para los niños. Los propietarios son muy sensibles a las peticiones específicas. Único inconveniente: las primeras tiendas están un poco lejos, así que todo tiene que estar bien planeado....

Perfect Holiday

If you want to stay in a true Provencal house then this is the place. The villa has all the comforts you require with good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. The garden is large and fabulous for small children, swings etc and the pool is fenced and gated. The eating areas outside are perfect. The owner Vincent is very helpful and easily contactable. Would definitely recommend for the perfect holiday.

The Villa surpassed our expectations and was more beautiful and spectacular than in the advertised photographs. It is sprawling , a beautiful stone villa with lovely appropriate furnishings and amenities with a particularly large and useful kitchen. The pool provided a lot of fun for all the adults and the terrace with beautiful sunset views on the mountains was where we ate all our meals. The lighting around the villa was so pretty as well. There is a table tennis with bats and we spent some hot active hours playing table tennis. The surrounding shrubs and countryside add to the beauty, difference and peace.

La Villa superó nuestras expectativas y era más hermoso y espectacular que en las fotografías anunciadas. Es extenso, un hermoso chalet de piedra con mobiliario adecuado encantadora y comodidades con una cocina particularmente grande y útil. La piscina proporcionó un montón de diversión para todos los adultos y la terraza con hermosas vistas de la puesta de sol en las montañas fue donde comimos todas nuestras comidas. La iluminación alrededor de la villa era tan bonita también. Hay una mesa de ping-pong con bates y pasamos algunas horas activas calientes jugando al ping-pong. Los arbustos de los alrededores y el campo se suman a la belleza, la diferencia y la paz. Nos encantó aquí .

Fantastic family holiday soon to be repeated!

Beautiful house furnished with a good sense of interior design, a very neat and spacious garden, nice outside sitting area with a big table for having all the meals outside. Very refreshing pool that's big enough to hang out and relax (not so much for swimming). Boccia field with flood lights on the premises for competitions at all times. The kitchen ist big enough but could have been better equipped for cooking larger meals for our group of six. Unfortunately the dishwasher did no work very well, which made it harder to wash the dishes properly. There was a fully functional gas grill for having barbecues on the patio, which was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. All in all, we had a really relaxing and nice holiday at Villa Joucas and could definitely imagine coming back one day.

A perfect, perfect holiday

We were so sad to leave at the end of our stay. The location was idyllic, the farmhouse was perfect, the villages were beautiful. A holiday we will never forget.

This is a really beautiful house with a gorgeous view and great outdoor area and pool.

The view and peace and quiet are second to none. I highly recommend.

A wonderful trip Un viaje maravilloso

The house was absolutely perfect. It's a gorgeous, well-maintained place and is big enough for four families (at least). Mathilde, the daily house cleaner, and Johann, the grounds keeper/manager, were very professional, easy to talk to, and provided helpful recommendations about the Uzes market, various restaurants, and other nearby attractions. One thing to note: The WiFi connection is NOT fast. So if you are working while on vacation, be aware that the home is gorgeous and relaxing - but it's not conducive to downloading and uploading large files. The house was very, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen are air-conditioned, but other common spaces are not. We spent most of our time outside anyway, but it was nice to have a cool bedroom for sleeping at night. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of space for food, a huge commercial-grade oven, and serving pieces for at least 15 people (which was the number of people in our group.) The pool area was perfect as well, and we spent lots of time under the large trees near the front door of the property. A cool breeze and comfortable seating provided a beautiful backdrop for our wine and cheese before dinner each night. Johann was on time for our check-in, and very thorough with our check-out process. Provence Holiday checked in on us via phone and email during the week but we were so busy having fun that I didn't get a chance to call them back!

La casa era absolutamente perfecta. Es un lugar precioso, bien mantenido y lo suficientemente grande para cuatro familias (por lo menos). Mathilde, la encargada de la limpieza diaria, y Johann, el encargado del terreno, eran muy profesionales, era fácil hablar con ellos y nos dieron recomendaciones útiles sobre el mercado de Uzes, varios restaurantes y otras atracciones cercanas. Una cosa a tener en cuenta: La conexión WiFi NO es rápida. Así que si usted está trabajando mientras está de vacaciones, tenga en cuenta que la casa es preciosa y relajante - pero no es propicio para descargar y cargar archivos de gran tamaño. La casa estaba muy, muy limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones y la cocina tienen aire acondicionado, pero otros espacios comunes no lo son. Pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo fuera de todos modos, pero era agradable tener un dormitorio fresco para dormir por la noche. La cocina está bien equipada con un montón de espacio para la comida, un enorme horno de calidad comercial, y piezas de servir para al menos 15 personas (que era el número de personas en nuestro grupo.) La zona de la piscina era perfecta también, y pasamos mucho tiempo bajo los grandes árboles cerca de la puerta principal de la propiedad. Una brisa fresca y cómodos asientos proporcionaron un hermoso telón de fondo para nuestro vino y queso antes de la cena cada noche. Johann fue a tiempo para nuestro check-in, y muy completo con nuestro proceso de salida. Provence Holiday nos contactó por teléfono y correo electrónico durante la semana, pero estábamos tan ocupados divirtiéndonos que no tuve la oportunidad de devolverles la llamada.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour a la Bergerie de Beaumes. Nathalie et Bruno sont des hôtes extraordinaires, et nous nous sommes sentis bien. La région est belle avec beaucoup de divertissements intéressants. Nous espérons revenir bientôt. Merci encore pour tout!

The villa was wonderful. It provided a perfect holiday for 3 generations of family. The Provence holidays staff was wonderful and the staff at the villa were great xceptional

Our holiday was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The house was perfect for us all and we are already planning our return

Magnifique séjour

Superbe villa, piscine très agréable! Les commerces de proximité sont nombreux et de très bonne qualité. Proche du centre ville et non loin de la mer (compter 30 min en voiture). Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Nous recommandons fortement!

A wonderful week in Provence!

This is a lovely, stylish, well-equipped villa, all on one level (there is a small mezzanine off the master bedroom for a baby room) all with good air-con and a great kitchen/living area. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The pool is set in a lovely shady spot surrounded by trees There are various areas to sit and enjoy coffee, lunch, aperitifs depending on the shade and heat of the day. The BBQ could do with upgrading (probably a bit bigger if you are more than 3 people) but otherwise everything you could need was provided, including salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, shower gel, dishwasher tabs and all those things it’s a pain to buy if only staying for a week. Yann, thé garden/pool chap was lovely and Sandrine was also very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful time here, exploring the area on our bikes and relaxing by the pool. Gordes is too far to walk in the heat but we had no trouble driving up and parking to pop into the little local shop or one of the many cafes. We will definitely return!!

We had the most glorious week. We have stayed in the area a few times, however this was to us the best location, Villa and kitchen! That we have ever rented. Benoît who looks after the house could not have been more helpful with anything we needed to finding a local taxi ( at not ridiculous cost) to take someone to the airport. We will definitely return Our family are in their late twenties
