Couldn’t ask for a better house or location - absolutely first class in all respects. Except for the pool which was exceptionally cold all the time irrespective of any “heating” applied. We would definitely come back but wouldn’t pack out swimsuits.

Where to begin? The entire experience was wonderful. From the spectacular house and estate, to the responsive and accommodating host, to chef David, who also helped us coordinate rides, reservations and other itinerary items. The historic house sits on a beautiful private hillside with wonderful views of the surrounding hills. The birdsong was incredible each morning with our coffee. We had many lovely evenings of cocktails and dinner in the outside kitchen by the pool. We did day trips to some of the loveliest villages in Europe. And we dined at some excellent local restaurants and cafes. Most of all, the warmth of the people of Provence was so wonderful. I would recommend to anyone interested in a fantastic vacation with friends and family.

¿Por dónde empezar? Toda la experiencia fue maravillosa. Desde la espectacular casa y la finca, pasando por el anfitrión, siempre atento y servicial, hasta el chef David, que también nos ayudó a coordinar los traslados, las reservas y otros detalles del itinerario. La casa histórica se encuentra en una preciosa ladera privada con unas vistas maravillosas de las colinas de los alrededores. El canto de los pájaros era increíble cada mañana mientras tomábamos el café. Disfrutamos de muchas veladas encantadoras tomando cócteles y cenando en la cocina exterior junto a la piscina. Hicimos excursiones de un día a algunos de los pueblos más bonitos de Europa. Y cenamos en excelentes restaurantes y cafeterías locales. Pero, sobre todo, la calidez de la gente de Provenza fue maravillosa. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que esté interesado en unas vacaciones fantásticas con amigos y familia.

Das Ferienhaus in Eyguieres ist wirklich sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Could not have found a better place for a girlfrind holiday. Cannot wait to come back and will come back. The Provence Holiday team was extremely helpful in finding restaurants, private chef (fabulous), and cooking class for us.

Wonderful place

This is beautifully situated outside Gordes. You have peace and quiet here and a great view over the Luberon. The standard of the villa is fantastic, it has been recently renovated. The owner takes great care of the guests. A wonderful place for a holiday in the Luberon.

Wonderful house in the heart of St Rémy de Provence

We stayed for 8 weeks in this wonderful four bedroom House in the centre of St Rémy. The house was very well equipped (only negative comment was that more bedroom mirrors would be useful) and any request was quickly dealt with by the owner who is charming and very hands-on. The position of the property - a 4 minute walk into town- was surprisingly quiet and the garden and pool were a tranquil oasis of calm. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice summer house

A perfect house to spend the summer near Mont Ventoux. The garden was lovingly created. Lots of comfortable opportunities to stay in the sun or in the shade at different times of the day. The pool was great- in springtime a little cold . Living outdoors is the motto here. Ideal starting point for tours by motorbike or bicycle.The parking lot in front of the house is spacious. The entry from the street for an SUV with a motocycle trailer - tricky! The reception by Francois was very warm and friendly. He was helpful, always quickly accessible and fixed direct the problems with the heating and the gas stove. The house was clean, the beds were long enough for tall people. The house was comfortably and modern furnished with simple means. The kitchen was ok. We had a wonderful stay in April with great motorbike tours.

The photos helped us to book this place but this day there made us want to come back. And this home is located right off the main road that takes you to Gordes. From the moment you walk in the front gate by the pool, you are immediately consumed by the way picturesque beauty of this place. We know that the place had been recently remodeled, but the upkeep was impeccable, and it felt like we were the first persons to vacation in the home. It was just my husband and I so we never utilize the upstairs bedrooms and bath off of the upstairs family room but we enjoyed movie night upstairs and lots of cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. And they have an extra refrigerator in the laundry room, which makes it wonderful for bigger families. And very quiet and peaceful. We found ourselves sleeping in longer than we normally would. The upstairs primary bedroom face is the lavender field and has beautiful morning light. There’s a restaurant nearby you can walk to for dinner or you can also take a walk up to town. We enjoyed going to all the local villages and did several wine tastings at local vineyards. We can’t wait to come back and bring our friends to have this peaceful and relaxing experience again.

Las fotos nos ayudaron a reservar este lugar, pero este día allí nos hizo querer volver. Y esta casa se encuentra justo al lado de la carretera principal que te lleva a Gordes. Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta principal junto a la piscina, que son inmediatamente consumidos por la forma pintoresca belleza de este lugar. Sabemos que el lugar había sido remodelado recientemente, pero el mantenimiento era impecable, y se sentía como si fuéramos las primeras personas de vacaciones en el hogar. Era sólo mi marido y yo, así que nunca utilizar los dormitorios de arriba y baño de la sala de estar de arriba, pero disfrutamos de la noche de cine arriba y un montón de cocinar en la cocina preciosa. Y tienen un refrigerador extra en el lavadero, lo que hace que sea maravilloso para las familias más grandes. Y muy tranquilo y pacífico. Nos encontramos durmiendo en más de lo que normalmente lo haría. La cara de arriba dormitorio principal es el campo de lavanda y tiene hermosa luz de la mañana. Hay un restaurante cerca al que puedes ir andando a cenar o también puedes dar un paseo hasta el pueblo. Disfrutamos de ir a todos los pueblos de la zona e hizo varias catas de vino en los viñedos locales. No podemos esperar a volver y traer a nuestros amigos para tener esta experiencia tranquila y relajante de nuevo.

Luxuriöse Villa Villa de lujo

Die Fotos bieten eine gute Beschreibung von dieser luxuriösen Villa. Vom Garten waren wir sogar positiv überrascht. Das Grundstück ist schon gut eingewachsen. Wir können eine Nutzung (auch schon im Frühjahr) empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr professionell: vor Anreise wurde uns auf Anfrage ein (kleiner) Sonderwunsch in Bezug auf die Einrichtung erfüllt. Beinhaltet war auch eine Menge Service vor Ort: es kamen z.B. Gärtener, Leute die den Pool säuberten und zweimal pro Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt. Für unsere Teenager gab es die Möglichkeit, in der Garage Tischtennis zu spielen. Im Umkreis von knapp über einer Stunde Autofahrt kann man sowohl Richtung Küste als auch ins Inland viele schöne Orte erreichen, z.B. auch um dort zu wandern.

Podemos recomendar su uso (incluso en primavera). El servicio es muy profesional: antes de nuestra llegada, una (pequeña) petición especial con respecto a los muebles se cumplió a petición. También había mucho servicio in situ: por ejemplo, venían jardineros, limpiaban la piscina y la casa se limpiaba dos veces por semana. Nuestros hijos adolescentes tuvieron la oportunidad de jugar al tenis de mesa en el garaje. En un radio de poco más de una hora en coche se puede llegar a muchos lugares bonitos tanto hacia la costa como hacia el interior, por ejemplo para hacer senderismo.

Springtime in Provence

Comfortable villa with amazing views over the Luberon. Quiet and Peaceful with lovely outdoor spaces. No air conditioning, but not a problem in April. We would stay again.

Wunderschönes Anwesen für zwei Familien Hermosa propiedad para dos familias

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Osterurlaub in Saint-Remy gemeinsam mit zwei Familien und Großeltern. Das Haus ist in einem top-Zustand, alle Zimmer sind sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben einen Bezug zur Eigentümerfamilie. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet, so dass auch kulinarisch nichts gefehlt hat. Das Anwesen ist riesig, sehr schön und großzügig angelegt und der große Pool wäre sicher ein Highlight gewesen, es war jedoch noch etwas zu kalt zum beheizen (ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung). Saint-Remy ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert, so dass wir den Urlaub sehr genossen haben. Dazu hat auch Angéline beigetragen, die uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Einfach empfehlenswert.

Pasamos unas maravillosas vacaciones de Pascua en Saint-Remy con dos familias y abuelos. La casa está en las mejores condiciones, todas las habitaciones están amuebladas de forma muy individual y con gusto y tienen una conexión con la familia del propietario. La cocina está fantásticamente equipada, por lo que no faltaba nada desde el punto de vista culinario. La propiedad es enorme, muy bien y generosamente distribuido y la gran piscina sin duda habría sido un punto culminante, pero todavía era un poco demasiado frío para calentarla (que está perfectamente bien). Saint-Remy es siempre vale la pena una visita de todos modos, así que realmente disfrutamos de nuestras vacaciones. Angéline, siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas, también contribuyó a ello. Simplemente recomendable.
