Established in Saint-Tropez since 1944, this family-run business cultivates a small vineyard, spread over sunny plots located between the village and the Salins beach.
Organically farmed, the estate stands out for its confidential scale, with around two hectares of vines.
In addition, the micro-trading activity enables us to offer a selection of rosés, produced with respect for the style and balance typical of Provence wines.
Maison Angelvin's vineyards stretch across the different terroirs of the Côte d'Azur, combining schist and granite, between sea-facing slopes and more isolated plots in the heart of the garrigue.
At harvest time, the grapes are carefully selected. The grape varieties - Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre - are harvested at optimum maturity, then transported in small crates to preserve their quality.
Each parcel is vinified separately in vats, preserving the specific characteristics of each terroir.
The final blend brings together the best vats, according to a rigorous selection process, to produce the estate's main cuvée.
