This estate, located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the heart of the Alpilles, is part of a family history that began in the late 19th century.
Initially focused on livestock rearing, then arboriculture, it later evolved into olive growing, before more recently diversifying into viticulture.
Today, the estate is pursuing its development in organic farming, with a dual activity based around olive oil and vines, in an approach consistent with its terroir and current practices.
Conversion to organic farming was an obvious choice for this estate, located in the heart of the Alpilles mountains, in a protected natural environment.
The years of transition have enabled us to restructure the farm and implement appropriate practices for both viticulture and olive growing.
The terroir benefits from favorable Mediterranean conditions, with mild winters, sunny summers and the influence of the wind, contributing to the quality of the crops.
All this is part of a respectful approach to the land, with the aim of preserving and passing on this natural heritage through coherent, controlled production.
