Domaine du Coulet Rouge
Located in Roussillon, between the Ventoux and Luberon mountains, the Coulet Rouge estate is set in a landscape marked by the pines, hills and ochre cliffs characteristic of the region.
The estate is a family project, run by two brothers and their father. Their work is reflected in the wines they produce, with particular attention paid to grape varieties, soils and growing conditions.
The natural setting of the estate, typical of this part of Provence, accompanies the discovery of the wines and provides a better understanding of the environment in which they are made.
The Ventoux PDO, located in the southern Rhône Valley, comprises vineyards planted on the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Created in 1973, this appellation benefits from specific climatic conditions, influenced by altitude and temperature variations.
The varied soils and climate enable the production of wines renowned for their balance. The estate's vineyards cover some eighty hectares, planted with grape varieties typical of the region.
The estate has been awarded level three High Environmental Value certification, attesting to its commitment to biodiversity, water management and respect for the soil.
The estate produces AOP Ventoux and Vin de Pays du Vaucluse wines.
