Domaine Rinaudo

For five generations, this family has been cultivating vines in Ramatuelle, in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
In 2022, Guillaume and Damien Rinaudo created their own domaine, starting with a confidential production before gradually expanding the operation. Today, the vineyard covers 16 hectares, cultivated organically under the Côtes de Provence appellation.
The estate produces rosé, white and red wines, with a focus on terroir and grape quality.
A tasting room welcomes visitors, offering tours of the estate and the organization of private events. The whole experience is built around wine and sharing.
The wines have been made using organic methods since the 2023 vintage, with particular attention paid to grape quality.
The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing precise selection of plots and bunches. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve the wines' aromas and freshness.
Aging continues for several months on fine lees, bringing structure and complexity. Certain cuvées, such as Bois de Rose, are aged in oak barrels, adding balanced woody notes.
Rosés are produced under the AOP Côtes de Provence appellation.
